RNC Claims Public Health Care Might Discriminate Against Republican Voters

The Republican National Committee, chaired by Michael Steele, has been mass mailing a survey entitled “2009 Future of American Health” that includes the question:

“It has been suggested that the government could use voter registration to determine a person’s political affiliation, prompting fears that GOP voters might be discriminated against for medical treatment in a Democrat-imposed health care rationing system. Does this possibility concern you?”

That’s right: Republicans are now trying to convince their base that Democrats are trying to have the government take over health care so that conservative citizens can be denied medical care (and killed off?). No further comment needed.
