It's funny how the religious do this yet at the same time say that their perfect Gawd created us but not that skin on a boy's penis, so they must mutilate God's ooops as soon as the child is born?? Anyway, i dont think it should be done at that age but left up to a fully developed male if he chooses this instead. Males apparently get cosmetic surgery much earlier than females do, yet guy always male fun of females that make their breast more attractive not thinking at least she had a choice unlike he did at birth! I feel sometimes too much is cut that early in a boy's life making a full grown male have somewhat painfully uncomfortable erection later on, but they named it Blueballs then they tend to be assholes blaming their pain on a so called teases instead and also less passionate lovers since they are now also trying to relieve this pain by ejaculating faster than uncut males.
