    not real, gotta be a photoshop, just look at the part where the snake goes into the tub (behind the baby) then comes back out; there is not enough room for the snake in the tub, and that part of the snake (behind baby going into tub) looks almost 2 dimensional, this might be a pretty good photoshopped image, but most likely a fake.

    Judging by the bathing bucket and the look of the kid, it looks like the photo was taken in Malaysia or Indonesia. If that is the case I would not doubt that the photo is real. I have seen stranger things in my 8 years here.
