From the Daily Telegraph:

Farmers near Shrewsbury claim to have witnessed sheep being “lasered” by unidentified light from UFOs.

They have linked the unexplained incidents, where sheep’s brains and eyes were removed, to the mysterious orange lights in the sky.

They have found sheep with “neat holes” while their brains and other internal organs were removed. Other animals have lost eyes or had their flesh “carefully stripped away”, usually on the left side.

Phil Hoyle, 53, who has spent almost a decade investigating how the livestock have died, said the UFOs were found to have roamed a 50-mile “corridor” between Shrewsbury and Powys.

Mr Hoyle and 15 members of the Animal Pathology Field Unit, claimed they witnessed UFOs at work last month while working during the night at a Welsh hill farm near Radnor Forest.

“The technology involved in these attacks is frightening,” he told The Sun. “These lights and spheres are clearly not ours. They are built by technology and intelligence that’s not from here.”

He added: “For a short while it looked more like a Star Wars battle.”…

Cattle mutilations are always a good reminder that 'Yes' something fucking weird IS going on. There are genuinely perplexed farmers out there and a mountain of exsanguinated corpses, taken apart in a consistent manner worldwide, year after year.

What I'm not convinced by however is a claim by someone who has been investigating this for 10 years and didn't think to take some happy snaps of his 'star wars-esque' alien buffet. There were 16 of them out there in the middle of the night, presumably to peep what was going on – yet no one brought a camera along?

What interests me is just how incurious the media in general is about this sort of thing. When they aggressively ignore something, that gets my attention.

Put the alien hypothesis aside for a moment. Give me some other reason for these wounds on animals all over the world.

Organ harvesting for the black market? Cult behavior? I mean, the shear mega-weird of it all should make the media run out to local fields with hidden cameras. Yet, nothing.

I'd also be interested to hear if there is a military facility near these sheep mutilations, since at least in the U.S. a disproportionate number of cattle mutilations happen near American bases and nuclear facilities.

Maybe while the aliens are surveilling our nukes, they're mooching cow lips as snacks while on stakeout.

See, that's what I find so hard to believe. If you are going to bother mutilating animals for your interstellar delectation, why not kill pigs? Even aliens must recognize how delicious bacon is.

(Seriously, though, nothing that evolved on another planet could eat our food. We've evolved to tolerate or require elements that would be swiftly lethal to anything not used to them in all likelihood.)

Dude, that's how you know they're alien. They know not of the value of bacon.

Black ops don't like bacon. It's like they're eating their brethen.

This is simply some black ops testing out their new laser weapons. I've actually seen two carcasses, one cow, one horse. Both had no blood, no tracks, no predators, both perfectly healthy. The cow's udder was lasered off and the horse's penis was lasered off. The only species that are capable of this are human beings. There is no doubt in my mind. Let me guess, these mutilations were close to a military base? You people in the UK should check out your military more closely.
