No one wants this over more than you? Sounds more like he just wants to try to absolve himself, and rather poorly at that. Run away little man, it is almost time for tea……

He should loose his life over this.his family should be forced to clean this up as there pockets are drained of all money till ts clean. no more greedy evil tyrants!! hold them responsible for there crimes against nature. And all you tree huggers can goto hell with the oh peace and love chants will help, grow up, this is evil people who messed up and in the long run may have triggered a mass murder of not just fish and marine animal life but if a storm kicks up during hurricane season this may kill people all over. All it will take is this stuff to be dragged in land where it can contaminate drinking water and begin to kill off cows crops, people, and farm animals from all of this. look at the big pitcher and you will understand the horror of what these greedy evil tyrants have done to the world. so ..OFF WITH HIS HEAD
