Wow .. Great quote.” Wasn’t it once that being truly patriotic meant that you should be critical and if necessary vigilant towards those in power. ” Brilliantly said. Actually I am Canadian but Mr. Paul is someone that makes me feel astonished at the true greatness of America that seems to becoming lost. I really look up to this man’s vision of his country. With the Canadian P.M.s comments to “get” Mr. Assange as well ,it seems that we are not as far away from the Americaln outlook as many would pretend to be.

Ron Paul is absolutely correct! I’m shocked to hear a Republican saying *anything* good/correct, but he’s got it right!

He is beyond the left/right paradigm.
Thank you for your comments 🙂

      • Not entirely. Some of his economic views are borderline superstitious. He’s right on about a lot of other things though, and not afraid to say so.

        • True. Like any broken clock (Republican) he’s right twice a day, but basically the rest of time is completely full of shit.

But I also believe in giving credit when credit is due, and on this matter as with his opinions about Iraq, he is quite correct, so we might as well say so.

It’s amazing any Western government out there can get away with blaming Asange while they themselves are obviously the ones who need to be blamed for the known atrocities.
The fact they want to hunt him down in every way possible makes me wonder if we in the ‘free West’ and other euphemistic bs differ in any way from the ‘corrupt Russians’ who hunted down journalists a few years ago for the same reasons, for exposing the leaders for what they are.
The latter wasn’t even sure! This is public for crying out loud.

  12. Ron Paul is one the few in our government who dare to tell the truth. We need more like him and we the people need to quit voting for the lesser of two evils! There are valid third party canidates out there. God bless you Dr. Paul.
