  3. Cute…the way brain damaged puppies can be. The same measurement could be made on the basis of wealth, diet and access to regular health care…and the result would be the same…as you move into the bible belt the inbreds suffer to a greater degree from almost anything that plagues humankind. Passport ownership is an irrelevant statistical anomaly…it just non-coincidentally happens to sync up with rates of education and employment.
