A Baby Gets a TSA Patdown (Photo)

Baby with the TSACynthia Newsome reports on NBC KSHB-TV

KANSAS CITY, Missouri— A photo of two Transportation Security Administration agents doing a full pat down on a baby, approximately 8 months old, has gone viral.

It happened at the Kansas City International Airport.

A passenger, Jacob Jester, captured the image on his cell phone. Since he tweeted the picture on Saturday, it has had more than 200,000 hits.

The photo shows the helpless baby being held up in the air by his mother while the TSA workers do their job. Jester has an 8-month-old son and would not want his son to be subjected to a hand search by TSA agents.

  1. This is ridiculous. Patting down a baby? No man is more a slave than him who falsely believes he is free.

    • So then you honestly think that a terrorist won’t stuff a bomb in a babies diaper (no pun intended). If a terrorist is really willing to blow up an entire plane of innocent men, women, and children…INCLUDING him/herself then why do you think they’d hesitate even an instant to line an infants diaper with plastic explosive? What do you think the woman doesn’t LOOK like she’s a terrorist? Perhaps you think we should only check people that look Muslim?! I honestly don’t understand people’s attitude this day and age. Getting patted down is not a loss of freedom. I’d freakin’ fly naked if they wanted us too….and believe me…no one wants to see that!!!! LOL!!! Still I’d do it gladly. Why are people so uptight anymore?!?! Its just a safety precaution…its not a book burning! There are a hell of a lot more important things going on today we should be MUCH More concerned about….having some creepy dude touch your junk for one single second to make sure you aren’t carrying a bomb, and instead are simply happy to see him, just ins’t one of them!

I know this is not going to be PC but lets be honest. Babies are a dubious lot. That eager to please demeanor, almost too eager. Those bulky undershorts, very roomy. Finally, we all know a babies penchant for getting into trouble, some stereotypes have a basis in fact, babies don’t have that reputation for nothing. Baby profiling is for the safety of the traveling public. You ever wonder what exactly it is they are doing back there when they are kicking the back of your seat? Uh huh.

Ok body language, see how both TSA workers are smiling then look at the Mom her ears are back and her cheeks are raised, meaning she is laughing as well, from the way she is holding the boy it appears she had offered it up for search. CHILL. Also Terrorism is make believe, just grouping random acts, because we are dumb and easily controlled.
