Ohio Cop Goes Beserk, Threatens To Execute Man During Arrest (Video)

On June 8, 2011 the following unfortunate arrest took place in Canton, OH. Notifying the policy when you have a firearm is required by Ohio Law, but when this individual with a thirty-day old license tries to do that he is repeatedly ordered to look away, shut up, or interrupted and “forced” to change what he is speaking about by the actions of an aggressive cop who maintains verbal control of the situation.

A two man car dealing with three people put itself at risk when one officer started what appears to be an illegal search of the rear of the car without extracting or securing the driver — which would have given him an opportunity to notify. What follows is horrific example of a police officer losing all self-control, threatening to beat the female, threatening to beat the driver and eventually saying he should have executed him “and wouldn’t have lost any sleep over it” that night.

I really wouldn’t have minded seeing a bullet put in that cop’s forehead, on the spot.

And lets flip the situation around if the diver had should the tiniest bit of aggression or anger and that cop would have fucked him up even though the cop is trained in hand to hand combat, has a pistol, pepperspray, baton, and whatever other equipment and he would have declared he “felt threatened and he was obscuring justice.”

People need to get in control. This shit has to stop.

The police are “investigating” this incident? Fuck, that cop should be arrested simply for what is on this tape! “I am so close to caving in your god damn head” and “I could blast you right in the mouth” are not things that should ever be said by an officer of the law, under any circumstances. He should be arrested for these threats. I sure hope the poor victim here is pressing charges, that’s the only hope we have of seeing justice. Their internal “investigation” ain’t gonna do shit.

Protect & Serve: There are about 3 cops for every 1000 Homelanders; Commie China has about 1 cop for 1000 Chinese and most Chinese cops don’t carry guns. There are about 1 million armed cops in the Homeland of the Free.

At about 3:18 another cop car cruses by. It seems like this place is awash in cops.

Hardly anyone feels protected and served by the cops,  who assume the right to hassle you if they feel like it.  Kinda like school bullies. I have noticed that most Homelanders, especially minorities, are wary of
cops, since the slightest thing attracts their attention.

This seems like a typical cop encounter: people of color minding their own business when a cop rolls up and the trouble begins.  The cops don’t treat the people with any respect and begin to boss them around.  Try doing the same thing to the cops and see what happens.

In my entire life I have never needed a cop for anything other than to protect me from other cops.  I have never seen a cop stop a crime, but I have seen them commit crimes. The cops have nothing much to do except to cruse around and lot for trouble, which they are usually good at finding.

Real good cops are relaxed and confident this dood hates his job should have gone for assistant football coach at the local high school where his motivational screaming is put to good use. A real warrior and protector is not scared of death. In close quarters, im way more scared of a high quality assisted opening black coated pocket knife with a razor sharp  edge then a gun.

Yes, where he can abuse the people in other countries, or kill them with impunity.

What he needs is to lose his job immediately and at the very least get a hard spanking in civil court, if not criminal court. Who would EVER consider employing someone, cop or not, who interacted with the public like that? If he was my employee I’d fire him on the fucking spot.

I take it you haven’t been in the military. Considering that I served in the military 5 years, I can say that there are plenty of unprofessional terrible people in the military as well. I saw plenty of Iraqi prisoners who were mistreated and threatened by soldiers. I can say that in my barracks alone we had 2 people accused of rape, 2 of child pornography, 1 for an unregistered gun, multiple people for domestic abuse and DUIs. This is in a barracks of at most 60 people.

I usually take issue with your posts, Jaymalls, but here I agree completely–had the driver been black, this would have gone down very differently and could easily have ended in violence when the cop noticed a concealed weapon, especially since the cop would probably have had his weapon drawn.  At the very least, dude would have gotten a felony charge and been thrown around some.

I am clueless with law enforcement procedure,
but aren’t you supposed to notify the person before conducting a search?
I understand with probable cause, but this sounds like we need to
amend the Fourth Amendment to further stipulate that some “officer” of
the law with an immense power trip can’t just casually search any
car/home on his own sole discretion. A partner should be there to have a
second opinion regarding probable cause–with legitimate reason of
course. Secondly, where are the Miranda Rights? I guess it doesn’t
apply. That just goes to show right there this particular officer does
not give a rat’s ass to “serve and protect”. And why is the second
officer just standing there? He could have intervened. Just suggests
that the police are all buddy-buddy and shows the law doesn’t apply to
the enforcers. I know I am generalizing a lot here, but this is
becoming a common occurrence; which we all should be concerned about. I
wonder what would happen to the suspect if he plead the Fifth? I guess
get beaten to a bloody pulp? IT GOES TO SHOW THAT OUR RIGHTS MEAN
SQUAT TO A CORRUPTED STATE-CORPORATE COMPLEX!

  38. StillAtMyMoms July 31, 2011 at 8:52 pm #

I would love to be his lawyer. I hope this
victim (yes, victim regardless of his criminal record) will sue the
living shit of this city, police department, unit, partner of this
officer, and the “officer” himself. Suspended? JUST SUSPENDED? He
would be terminated immediately without severance in a just world.
Nazis haven’t left, they just relocated.

What happened to “serve and protect?” Instead of
our tax dollars going to saturation patrols and checkpoints, why don’t
we invest in mass transit, shuttle systems, or means of transport? Why
get a citation when a tail light is out on your automobile? To ‘serve
and protect’ implies that the officer who pulled you over should open
his trunk and fetch out a spare bulb? WE SHOULDN’T BE AFRAID OF
QUESTIONING THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT US! IT’S ALL ABOUT
FUCKING MONEY! And I don’t give a damn if they profile me due to these
comments. Go ahead (RE: Ntrepid). They need to realize that everything
I say is protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution. (I
guess that’s a naive thing to say given the vast conspiracies I came
    across regarding contract law.)

What really boggles the mind is the officer does all of this in front of a camera with sound recording, it’s like brain and mouth have absolutely no connection at all.
Infringement of civil rights, threatening words, abusive language, death threats, illegal search and all on a camera that the buffoon knows is there.
The only person too stupid too exist is the out of control officer, who shows all the mental balance of a typical steroid junkie.
