The Raw Food Conspiracy

SWAT teams assaulting farmers for conspiring to distribute raw milk? Who wrote this fantasy, Aldous Huxley? Actually, no, it’s an all too real event from California, reported by Mike Adams for Natural News:

The raid on Rawesome Foods by a combined force of agents from the FDA, LA County Dept of Agriculture, CDC and the LA County Sheriff’s office wasn’t the only SWAT-style armed raid that took place today. Sharon Palmer, a mom and owner of Healthy Family Farms was also arrested and taken to jail. A third woman, Victoria Bloch, the LA County liaison for the Weston A Price Foundation (www.WestonaPrice.org) , was also reportedly arrested, NaturalNews has learned.

Sharon Palmer is being charged with “mislabeling cheese,” NaturalNews has learned. (Yes, mislabeling cheese! This earns you an armed raid in America today, even while the real crooks in Washington run free…) This is on top of the conspiracy charge which has been leveled against all three (James, Sharon and Victoria).

Victoria Bloch is being charged with conspiracy under Section 182A of the California penal code (http://law.onecle.com/california/pe…), which states that that law applies “If two or more persons conspire to commit any crime.”

As NaturalNews previously reported (http://www.naturalnews.com/033220_R…), the SWAT-style raid was conducted like a terrorist operation, where the cops immediately went after Rawesome’s cash and then began vandalizing and destroying the store’s entire inventory. This raid was an act of economic terrorism against a legitimate, ethical business selling wholesome, healthful products to a very happy group of members.

A massive public protest on the front steps of the LA courthouse is being planned for the morning of August 4th, where James Stewart has been promised a hearing before a judge. NaturalNews is calling on its readers and supporters to join in this protest to help send a message to the law enforcement tyrants that we will not tolerate our health food stores being terrorized by criminal cops and rogue federal agencies. We will announce the time and place of the protest as soon as we are provided the details. Watch for that announcement here on NaturalNews.com or on our Facebook page:www.Facebook.com/HealthRanger

what could be IN raw milk, that it has proved so socially dangerous the swat dudes no longer want us to have it?

    • Redacted

I’m wondering the same thing. It’s not like they’re tricking anyone into consuming it, even if they were a damn SWAT team is a bit much.

    • http://twitter.com/shinken_poeta Shinken Del Feníx

hmm Bacteria that could kill us. I’m sorry, but pasteurized and homogenized milk is a GOOD thing. I’ve yet to understand the mentality of those who wish to deny the fruits that science has given us.

      • Jin The Ninja

Not a good thing, and industrial agriculture causes far more food borne illness than organic does.

If consenting adults CHOOSE to consume a product that is both ancient and historical, why should they NOT be allowed to CHOOSE it?

Have you ever been to an industrial dairy? Antibiotics and Hormones and Dying Cows. Oh My.

        • God

these people are idiots jin. Im laughing out loud at the ignorance and stupidity that they write. They will be the first to go when the time comes.

          • Anarchy Pony

Don’t assume too much, they will probably try to come and kill you and take what you have made and prepared for yourself and/or community.

      • Lord Fink

Agreed but why a fucking swat team?

      • http://voxmagi-necessarywords.blogspot.com/ VoxMagi

thats mostly hype dude…ask any farm kid who grew up with milk from the tap (cow) and fresh cream. We didn’t need any doctors visits because of deadly bacteria…it was delicious…we lived…the end. The fruits science have given you only make it possible for food to last for two to four weeks in the fridge…which used to be impossible…but the cost has been mass production, the need for profit, sacrificed quality, and use of dangerous chemicals to enhance shelf life, boost production, and squeeze more cash from sales.

      • Anarchy Pony

Right, because everything science gives you is undeniably good all the time. Does science answer your prayers too? Because people like you basically elevate it to the state of religion.

I don’t know the validity of this, but i once heard that pasteurized milk expires much quicker than unpasteurized

        • Jin The Ninja

yeah that is true. unpasteurised lasts 3 days in the fridge, but it tastes better (unquantifiable i know) and pasteurisation kills digestive enzymes that makes it difficult for some people / races to digest lactose properly. i only drink goat, but i assume raw= raw whatever the animal.

    • http://hormeticminds.blogspot.com/ Chaorder Gradient

a healthy and delicious alternative to dead and toxic supermarket milk?

    • Godozo

I wonder what’s in the milk TODAY that needs the pasteurization and homogenization to protect us.

It’s entirely possible that today’s milk isn’t the same stuff that yesterday’s milk was. Especially since they load the cows up with hormones that make them make milk without being pregnant or nursing.

Ever heard of pasteurization?  It’s used to prevent things like  tuberculosis, brucellosis, diphtheria, scarlet fever and Q-fever; it also kills the harmful bacteria Salmonella, Listeria, Yersinia, Campylobacter, Staphylococcus aureus, and Escherichia coli.  If there’s a conspiracy going on, it’s by the raw food producers who claim that unpasteurized milk is ‘healthy’.  There’s a reason we have the Food and Drug Administration.  And it’s to prevent stuff like this.  (Posted by a raw-food enthusiast, btw).

    • Jin The Ninja

A Raw Foodist would not defend such wholesale food fascism, since raw foodies advocate both raw maple and raw grain products (for sprouting). nice try though.

    • God

the benefits outweigh the danger. the people who buy this stuff know this stuff. you are a complete fool. shoot yourself in the face, your a worthless mindless sheep. do yourself the favor.

Apparently, raw foods make people total assholes.

    • http://voxmagi-necessarywords.blogspot.com/ VoxMagi

Apparently the whole of Europe disagrees…since non-pasteurized foods abound and they’re all still alive. My brother was a cheesemonger in London before he finished chef school…I’ve eaten cheeses so ‘alive’ that you can taste the action of the bacteria on your tongue. It was amazing…not lethal. You know what they do ban in Europe? Lethal chemicals that shouldn’t be introduced into our food supply…but which American processing considers harmless. If there’s a conspiracy going on…its located in the US…and only in the US…where people are illiterate enough and so divorced from the making of their food that you can scare them with a few lies and they buy into it forever. Suckers.

      • Jin The Ninja

        excellent reply. thank you.

      • Godozo

Europeans also tend to buy the food they’ll need the day they eat it. Americans like to buy their stuff for the week ahead, if not longer.

Different buying patterns lead to different views on food. If Americans bought “living food,” most of it would spoil before they could get to eating it.

    • WOW

OMG raw foods are so bad! What would the human species do if pasteurization didn’t exist? (*sarcasm)

Oh wait, it didn’t for THOUSANDS OF YEARS!

I bet you sit and wonder, how did neanderthals survived without Google and the iPhone, right? I mean, how did they learn about fire and the wheel?

america: home of the free? only if free means we have no God, take prescription drugs, vaccinate our children & eat processed, toxic food. this is beyond sad, but we let it get to this. time to freakin’ take a stand!!

Actually I have a seizure disorder, I kinda need those drugs to keep those gran mal seizures away

      • quartz99

While there are certainly people who do need them, doctors way over prescribe for things where a simple lifestyle change can be more effective. Our healthcare is so backward that there are a lot of doctors who use a person’s reaction to strong drugs to tell whether or not they’ve got the diagnosis right instead of doing lots of tests that may not be covered by insurance to find out what’s really wrong or even if something is. I didn’t know there were doctors who actually did tests before prescribing things til I moved to California! That’s 35 years in about 20 other states so you can’t really say that experience is just a few localized bad eggs! And lots of doctors get kick-backs from pharmaceutical companies for prescribing drugs, so it’s no surprise they jump to find reasons to prescribe them.

      • Michael

Pure THC (Delta-9 Tetrahydrocannabinol) rendered into an oil (hemp oil) can be taken for seizures without any bad side affects. It’s also more effective and much more safe that prescription drugs.

I was actually against the use of THC for medical purposes. Until my Aunt started taking it and her liver cancer magically disappeared….

I hate agreeing with Mike Adams

I really fuckin do. The guy is the most shrill hysterical voice in America…surpassing even Alex Jones in the evil conspiracy game, over the top rhetoric and general BS.

But we’re on the same side by default. There is nothing wrong with raw foods and cultured cheeses that haven’t been pasteurized to death. I love SlowFoods…the art of careful creation and investment to produce a better final outcome. Sadly…megafarms are fighting back with politicians and cops on their side…using any underhanded move to quash any attempt by folks to produce healthier alternatives. They know they sell mass produced garbage that can’t compete against a better product. There will always be a large percentage of people who drink and eat swill…but a growing number of people want better and know they can get it…and that money is leaving their pockets…but no number of raids or lawsuits will ever bring it back. If anything…they’ve added actual emotional hatred of traditional megafarms and their products to their problems. Way to win hearts and minds there, guys. Maybe they could just change their logos to photo stock of their execs sucking Satan’s cock (ala Bill Hicks)…sinc they can’t really hurt their image any worse.

I have my questions about this article. Simply put, is the United States Government so stupid in the arts of oppressing its citizens that one of their SWAT teams (trained in this stuff, mind you, with constant updates on what’s going on) would let someone film them as they tore sh*t apart, even through cameras? I’d think they’d have cut off the power and made sure they weren’t being filmed or watched.

In short, I smell a rat. Something ain’t right to my eyes…even if it sticks me on the wrong end of this crowd to my peril….
