WikiLeaks Reveals Iraqi Children Were Executed in U.S Raid on Ishaqi

U.S. officials had originally claimed that “nothing inappropriate” had occurred during a controversial incident in 2006 in the town of Ishaqi, Iraq. A U.S. diplomatic cable made public by WikiLeaks, however, tells a different story. In this version of events, according to an autopsy of the bodies in Tikrit (along with several witness reports which were vigorously denied by U.S. officials) four women and five children (all of which were five years old or younger) were handcuffed and then shot in the head, after which an air-strike was called in to destroy the home in which the massacre had transpired. Not surprisingly, the Pentagon has thus far declined to comment. I hope you all will join me in pinching the bridge of our noses and muttering “Sweet fucking Christ”. (More on McClatchy)

Be have become a nation of murdering thugs.  Now people are shocked when they start hearing the truth.  They were telling us from the beginning what they intended on doing but people called you a conspiracy nut for pointing them towards the information.  When will people in the US stop being cowards?  I guess it is easier laughing at those wacky conspiracy theorists then researching and becoming one.  Maybe we can fix things and maybe we can restore morals and prevent America from falling but first we have to stand up for what is right even if it means getting laughed at.  Time to man up America  Ron Paul 2012

Ron Paul is a free marketeering, pro corporate, pro earth raping, pro christian reconstructionist. He is not the fucking answer.

You are a fool Ron Paul is the only peace candidate and the least of what you claim off all the choices.

Ron Paul will allieviate only some problems n the short term, he is not a long-term solution to our current ecocide or the problems generated by either capitalism or our representative political sytem.

I agree, people are the answer not politicians that’s why we must stay vigilant and hold our elected officials feet to the fire.  Ron Paul 2012

As long as there exists a technocratic class whose god is money, and on whose pulpit rest a imperialist, market driven agenda- there will never be accountability. i am not opposed to Ron Paul, at least it would be SOME kind of change in direction… that said, it would not deconstruct the entrenched corruption and hierarchy inherent in our current system.

          • It would at least be fun to see Paul try to stand up to the military-industrial complex.  At least until a “lone gunman” or “Islamic terrorist” assassinated him, martial law was declared, and the techniques perfected in Iraq began being used on our own streets.

          • Ron Paul and his supporters should be rendered down into cattle feed.

          • right to veto, that about it.

        • Anarchy Pony | Sep 3, 2011 at 4:47 pm |

No you are a fool, because you are dumb enough to think that simply electing a new president, that only barely differs from the standard right wing demagogues by the way, will actually effect any real change.

Hell yeah this is something that has taken years to get to so just one or two terms wouldn’t fix shit it takes a nation as one to do whats right but as long as we got people running on different pages we not going no were but down

      • Like Barack Obama or George Bush?

    • Paul might (and I do mean “might) stop the wars we’re waging in the Middle East, but he’d also start waging a war on women here at home by eliminating our reproductive freedom. Not exactly what I’d call a “solution”.

      • Jin The Ninja | Sep 3, 2011 at 8:20 pm |

Exactly, one very serious problem with his agenda. Although the rights of women have NEVER been radically defended by any politico in recent memory.

        • ONE very serious problem with his agenda?  Along with the anti-gay, anti-religious freedom stuff?

          • Here is Ron Paul speaking on those issues in current debates.

This one covers religion and drugs-

This one covers gay rights and marriage.
            http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EwdOMvoRSVc&feature=related

I can’t see why people keep saying he wants to limit ANYONE’S freedom. As for “Women’s Reproductive Rights”, he is against abortion (And with good reasons), but still believes the laws on abortion should be left up to the states, NOT him personally.

          • Jin The Ninja | Sep 4, 2011 at 5:26 pm |

sexism, homophobia and evangelicals are usually intertwined so i thought the implication of one, was indeed the implication of all 3. However, gay marriage is a states rights issue not a federal one, which is what i believe is paul’s view on the subject.

    • Tuna Ghost | Sep 4, 2011 at 4:37 am |

It’s not the man in charge, guy, its the system.  How on earth do you think Paul is going to effect any change when simply getting elected involves the candidate agreeing to become a corporate stooge?  How is he going to raise enough money to get to a place where he can make changes?  There’s a comprehensive system in place to ensure that people who want to shake up the status quo do not get elected.

I don’t care for Ron Paul or his faux-libertarian policies (aside from his antique view of women’s rights and blatant racism, frankly his ideas on the gold-standard are completely bonkers and ignore most of the last 500 years of western history), but it doesn’t matter because he’s not going anywhere.

they can just freaken print money. Collecting taxes is just adding insult to injury and show that you are under control. Its ceremonial and not necessary for living, just another way to reinforce the hypnotic hold on the masses

      • Okay then, how about a general strike?

        • Jin The Ninja | Sep 3, 2011 at 8:16 pm |

Yeah its fucking brutal soldiers here get ripped from their normal lives here because of a sense of lack of direction and sent there with orders and a license to kill . They just want to kill everything so they can come back, its legal murder and far from being human. I would not bare  children in such a hostile zone of the world, but thats not how they think yet. All this unemployment is to get more soldiers the big dogs want to do this more often. Offensive military operations are for empire building and nothing else. Defense is way easier (thats why we are still there attacking) and more humane but its not whats going on here, thats why we are still there attacking.
