Alien Skeleton Unearthed In Peru?

alienA mummified skeleton with huge eye sockets and triangular head almost as large as its body has been discovered in Peru, and at least some scientists (of indeterminate repute?) believe it to be “extraterrestrial,” writes io9:

Behold a giant-headed alien mummy that turned up in Peru. Stare into the all-knowing eye sockets of an alien that somehow wound up on Earth many years ago, and was mummified by the locals. But what was is it doing here?

Website RPP is claiming that Renato Davila Riquelme, an anthropologist working at the Privado Ritos Andinos museum in Cusco, has discovered remains of something that isn’t human. Measuring at 20 inches tall, the tiny remains were originally believed to be that of a child, but Spanish and Russian doctors disagree, saying:

“It has a non-human appearance because the head is triangular and big, almost the same size as the body. At first we believed it to be a child’s body until Spanish and Russian doctors came and confirmed that, yes, it’s an extraterrestrial being.”

  1. Oh, please … How about a deformed kid? I’d need to hear a whole lot more than an indirect claim that some nameless “Spanish and Russian doctors” claimed something. “Boom, case closed”? Didn’t think so. Why is this even on here … ?

Watch Renato Davila Riquelme and all those who verified it’s extraterrestrial origins mysteriously suffer accidents or or strokes.    Also watch the skeleton magically grow legs and walk away never to be seen again.

A DNA test should prove very interesting.  It’d be really cool if they test it and find out that it shares a percentage of the same DNA as humans but has some that doesn’t match up to anything currently known.

  7. Well, if it’s true, what now? It’s been known for many many years that extraterrestrials are visiting this planet. People don’t really care unless the extraterrestrials land in their front yard and tell a joke or two. Seems like even if it were true people wouldn’t believe it unless it hit mainstream news or TV. “The only way I’m believing in Aliens is if they compete on Dancing with the stars”  That’s the mentality I see.

    • Not caring about the possibility of extraterrestrial life and wishing human deformities were proof of extraterrestrial visits are two different things.  Look at the photos linked by another user down below, look at the wikipedia article linked by still another, and save some curiosity for the incredible variety found in real human cultures and real human history.

It has not been “known” for many years……….only believed.

      • Your entitled to your opinion, which is all your statement is. Some people, like myself, have seen enough evidence to “KNOW” they exist.

Living a lie, Living a Lie!  Curious how they could have determined it is of extraterrestrial origin.  What tests would one run?

  15. I can see nothing “Alien” here. A normal human infant’s head is about one third of it’s body length (Well, just LOOK). Sure, this may be a deformity but the sutures of the skull are human from what I can see. Which isn’t much but… A bit of testing might be of interest. DNA, Bone Density  etc. At least then, we would know more about what created this deformity and about how long the child lived. I’m not saying it’s impossible to find an extraterrestrial corpse on this planet. Just that it’s not likely. A hybrid of sorts would be neat though…

    • It’s true. Babies have huge heads.

It’s also true that the indiginous people of the area would constrict the skulls of their children to make them grow in unnatural ways.

Mesoamerican cultures bandaged their kids heads to look like that… But hey, you would have to check out a book or two for that. Oh no! It’s right there: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Artificial_cranial_deformation

This is not as interesting as the “Star Child” who’s DNA was found to have an unknown origin.

    • Seems to me that if the “Starchild” is more similar to us than chimps, it’s probably an undiscovered primate rather than an alien.
