This is the only true deterrence to any sort of revolution—hell, any sort of positive change taking place—because for every Occupy protester there are at least two of these folks: ignorant, apathetic, and distracted by fancy gadgets.

There maybe many ignorant & apathetic people out there but i dont think it takes much to for them to become knowledgable and caring. I dont think anyone has never been ignorant or apathetic about something. Realizations generally come bursting through the collective and then massive transformations can take place. I try not to be disheartened by videos like this. Once people realize who their enemy is it only takes a spark to set off a revolution.

Edit: Once people realize ‘what’ their enemy is.

Don’t get me wrong, I do not, in any way, advocate giving up and allowing those that would see the world crumble in their greedy fists to keep hold of the world’s institutions, but I think it is pertinent to recognise it is an uphill battle—like climbing Everest. Not because of the aristocrats’ power and influence, but for those who have not recognised themselves as slaves.

        Educate all.

i was implying that IQ is no longer a gaussian function and was oozing into a left fat-tailed distribution, superimposed upon a metaphor of the sound of liberty being silenced………never mind.
