    He was my Congressman for 20 years, and I’d happily vote him into office for another 20. He also called bullshit on the Iraq War right from the top, and spent most of his career prior to being a Representative, treating Vietnam Vets who had PTSD, and trying to give them the care and medical  treatment they deserve. I have mad respect for Jim McDermott. This is an honest man.

    Really need to be reading up on what Chalmers Johnson has been saying.  Basically the same thing as Ron Paul, except J has P.h.D in Political Science and was a consultant for the CIA for 20 years.

    There are barely any Liberals in Congress anymore that are in concurrence with Jim McDermott, and because of that, there is no one to stop the U.S. federal government from destroying our civil rights and civil liberties.
