World Will End In Exactly One Year

Well … maybe. A couple of years ago I produced a documentary about the now infamous end-date of the Mayan Long Count Calendar, December 21, 2012. Today is the Winter Solstice, and exactly one year remains until the current cycle of the Long Count Calendar expires. What does that mean? We asked many experts and wannabe experts in the film and as a special Winter Solstice offer, we’re pleased to bring you the opportunity to see their answers for just $2.49 (3-Day Rental). Enjoy!

For more information on the film, the experts and the companion book by Alexandra Bruce, visit 2012SOS.com.

We are seriously over populated, need to kill off a few billion.

May sound brutal, but logic and morals don’t always agree.
I doubt that humans could all be killed off anyway, unless we were hit by a solar flare.
Bet the government has a nice, deep bunker to fill with people if it ever comes to it.

      • CouldaWouldaShoulda

“need to kill off a few billion” No. Everyone who is currently here can stay and we could easily redistribute resources so that everyone gets their fare share. But. Moving forward, we need enforced population control via parental licensing. All boys get snipped when they hit puberty. Make a donation first at the local sperm bank. No exceptions.

        • Some Sanity

Both of you make me sick.. Psychopaths are the only ones who believe in overpopulation.

It only seems overpopulated because we all live in close proximity to each other, share the same roads and the same venues. If you argue resources, they are controlled and managed completely wrong, we can do much better.

Not to mention if we cared enough about it, we could go into space and find new planets to inhabit. We have the technologies, they’re just locked up in black projects at the moment.

I can’t see how anyone can think our global problems are not manufactured on purpose, they are!

          • Anarchy Pony

Yes, but one musn’t forget that almost all modern agriculture is conducted using unsustainable means and resources, the finite supply of phosphorus comes to mind and the heavy dependence on oil in various different forms, pesticides, some parts of fertilizers as well as the simple fuel for the various machines that are necessary.

I agree with Some Sanity. @ CouldaWoulda & @ Jai Ankers,   Malthusian fatalism and Darwinian dominance models as ‘manifest destiny’ are all products of elitism.  If you want to dominate your fellow man, you have to rationalize your exploitation and thus bestialize them.  This is why soldiers often (due to programming) turn into hate filled jingoist zombies, they couldn’t pull the trigger if they could see beyond the blinders of hatred and ignorance.

We are essentially waking up from ages of propaganda crafted by our “betters” or more appropriately, $laveMa$ter$.  Of course they believe there are too many people, they understand well the amount of effort required to manage our expectations, frustrations, and efforts to understand (MEDIA, EDUCATION/INDOCTRINATION/ ECONOMY) our “plight” while making sure we never take flight.  The language of the birds coveted and occulted for ages is now seeping through digital passageways on chatrooms like this around the globe simultaneously and even the crustiest of fluoridated 3rd eyes are shaking scales loose.  For those who wish to manage reality (‘royalty’) it is increasingly difficult to rear the mind of man towards there ends if even a small percentage (5% tipping point) of the population is awakened.  Spreading confusion is necessary for maintenance of their power structure.  The lies of overpopulation and resources only exist in the paradigm of  the neo feudalistic consumer hell we are currently immersed in.

The folks over at triviumeducation.org go far to expose the machinations of the elite in regards to dominance of the public mind.  Please if you happen to visit there let me know what you think and consider sharing your thoughts with all of those engaged in these crucial conversations.

You must not forget that all your points are based off of our current society’s systems and fuels. I, like Some Sanity, don’t believe these systems an fuels are necessary and there are much better alternatives that don’t consume anything at all, or consume very little.

Quantum energy is a big game changer. What if your car, house, phone, PC, heat, air conditioning, etc… All ran without consuming anything. This is the possibility I believe he’s talking about.

That’s only the first step too. After a somewhat infinite energy supply is established. The rest of our problems will be a lot easier to solve.

People need to get their head’s out of the sand and start realizing this current structure of society is old, outdated and continually destructive. It’s not like we don’t have alternatives, they are just “locked up” so to speak.

I guess this explains the split in mindsets between different individuals. People who believe we need to consume fuel and resources to use energy are the ones who think all our problems are caused by us. People who believe we don’t need to consume fuel and resources to produce energy are the ones who think “the powers that be” are the cause of our problems.

It’s kinda neat to see the polarization between people.
