Arkansas Democrat’s Cat Gets Murdered Because He Is ‘LIBERAL’

An Arkansas Democrat has a message for whomever killed his kids’ cat: “I’ve got a gun and I know how to use it.”

According to the Blue Arkansas blog, the campaign manager to Ken Aden, who’s running for the state’s third congressional district, came home last night to discover the family pet had been murdered and left on their front porch, as if the attacker wanted it to be discovered.

The feline’s skull was bashed in, and an ominous message was carved into its side: “LIBERAL.”

“If I have to protect my kids, I’ll do it without hesitation,” Aden campaign manager Jake Burris told Blue Arkansas.

The killing comes after a weekend of positive press for Aden, a former soldier running for Congress as a Democrat in one of the most conservative areas of Arkansas…

    One of my family members recently moved to a small Southern city and opened a business.

    The locals there are backwards and (sadly) chronically intergenerationally unemployed, and uneducated.

    My relative started getting dead birds laid out on the steps of his business. He found out this is a way of “warning” people, or of expressing dislike. He took one of the dead birds to the local gathering place where all the hillbillies sit around drooling / watching NASCAR, and said: “If you guys have a problem with me, let’s talk about it. But putting dead animals on my doorstep is nothing but chickenshit. Does anyone here have anything they’d like to talk about?” Of course, they didn’t.

    My relative is a small man and pretty harmless, but a man of direct action. Often, that’s enough.

    Stupid redneck idiost! If they would have checked their facts before committing this senseless act, they would have found out that poor cat was a registered Republican. A brief investigation would have shown the cat and it’s owner had serious reservations about each other’s political ideaologies, leading to rolls of torn toilet paper on the part of the cat, and occasional meals cheap dry cat “vittles” instead of tuna steaks on the part of the owner.

    I think you all need to realize what has happened here. A man came home with his family to have his children find their dead pet sitting on the stoop. It has nothing to do with Arkansas. The act committed was to do with politics and yes, I do agree it was made from someone very illiterate and had no clue what he was doing. I just recently moved to Arkansas from Chicago and I’ll tell you that there is definitely LESS psychos and less crime than from the north. And for all of you focusing on Arkansas and before you go and just call the entire state low and full of rednecks, you need to realize that something like this could and would happen ANYWHERE. If it happened in Iowa would you bash that state? I think you all need to be focused on that the guy who committed this act definitely has some serial killer traits and I’m more worried about that family and the children and any other future pets and sitting here ranting about rednecks in Arkansas! Have you people lost your conscience? I’m just disgusted by what some people really have to say about Arkansas, as if this entire article just resolved around Arkansas and the people in it.

    Crime happens everywhere, all weird, all messed up, not just in Arkansas.
