Dead People Receive Ballots in New Hampshire

From projectveritas.com:

On January 10th, Project Veritas reporters walked into New Hampshire Polling Locations during the Presidential Primaries, saying dead people’s names. We stated the name of a dead person we got from the NH obituaries. The names of the deceased were both Registered Republican and Democrats And in almost every case, saying a dead person’s name, we were handed a ballot to cast a vote. We used no misrepresentation and no false pretenses. in fact, in almost every case, we insisted we show ID and they insisted that we vote without showing ID.

Should have shown the obituaries names so it can’t be said they used random names. I don’t doubt it at all though.

Project Veritas is, of course, James O’Queef’s organization (of ACORN fame). It still amazes me that O’Queef is allowed to do this as a tax-exempt entity.

Federal law bans not only the casting of, but the “procurement” of ballots “that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held.”

O’Queef and his cronies should be prosecuted for these (felony) efforts to attempt in-person voter fraud. They’re trying to get the “big scoop” on voter fraud by creating a problem which doesn’t exist.

    • Are you butt-hurt that the scummy ACORN was exposed by James O?  Maybe you should try proving your conspiracy theory about James, you know like James did to ACORN.  Till then take your ad hominem and shove it.

      • Abusive language won’t change your lies into truth.

        • A light spanking for a unlearned child, just good parenting.   lol   Now son, how did i lie?

          • How appropriate that those who use childish cursing instead of logic and facts in arguments so often try to portray themselves as the mature ones.

O’Keef proved that ACORN had some badly trained workers, not that there was any conspiracy.

          • Was there more then one person involved in said activity? cough conspiracy    Was it an idea of some activity happening cough theory, that he then proved?

          • More than one gullible person being fooled by someone misrepresenting themselves is not a conspiracy on the part of the gullible people.

You know, an appeal to ridicule is not any better than an ad hominem.

        • I used to think that way to but now that i have seen my country being destroyed by nitwits that deny realty and have no idea how to base an argument, i have turned the tables.  I will not be laughed at for defending someone exposing voter fraud so i now do what people did/ do to “conspiracy theorists”.  I pick on them for not knowing how to open a book or learn to fact check or even base an argument, one that is not ad hominem.  Voter fraud is a huge deal and i will verbally slaughter anyone trying to dismiss the notion as the reality deniers they are.  check out……. blackboxvoting.org

          • Did anyone besides these people recording themselves use the names of deceased people to vote? No, none. Then you don’t have much of a point, do you? Voter fraud of this type is nonexistent.

    • talk about being wilfully blind! you deserve every misfortune that your obviously corrupt system has in store for you

Yes and after the election is held, the electoral roles are checked and fraud is found and then investigated, the the fraudulent voter is sought.
Now did the wankers show it being done thousands of times, because that is what is needed to affect elections.
Look at the Republican voter fraud, all electronic based and tens of thousands of votes affected whether  at the voting booth or latter at during the counts.
You really want to know what these smart arse shit heads dead, they mearly checked the obituaries in that couple of days gap between the electoral role books being completed and distributed and the actual election. So a handful of people die in that couple of days gap and these pathetic ass wipes make a big deal out of it, what a pack of pathetic losers.

    • So i see you too are sad for ACORN.  How did he lie?

      • He said he went into ACORN offices dressed as a pimp. That was a lie, he changed clothes.
He said he told ACORN he was starting a house for prostitution. That was a lie, he actually told them he wanted to start a house to protect prostitutes.
He claimed that the ACORN offices were willing to help him with the prostitute business. That was a lie, some of the offices called the police on him and not one penny or resource was offered for his “project.”
With that many lies, the question should be “Has he ever told the truth?”

      • He did not go into Acorn dressed as a pimp.  All the shots of him dressed that way are cutaways.  If you watch the video closely you can see he was actually wearing a suit.  That is a lie and you fell for it.  How does it feel to be a bitch?

I sure would like to think my vote counts.  If dead people whether fresh or not, i dont want my vote canceled by a fraudulent vote. Simple as that.

Right, and if they bothered with extensive background checks about your identity they would be crying butt hurt about big brother destroying their freedoms.
One more case of being damned if you do and damned if you don’t.
And that’s why I am proud to vote by mail.

What does it matter if the whole system is rigged? There’s plenty of corruptable voting machines and non-transparent vote counting protocols to make that “problem” negligable at best. At least O’Queefe and crew gave the world this bit of comic relief to laugh at: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/09/29/james-okeefe-cnn-abbie-boudreau_n_743313.html

    • She should have gone to that interview with a 300 pound bouncer. I would have liked to see how tough OKeefe would be then.

  33. Did anyone besides these people recording themselves use the names of deceased people to vote? No, none. Then you don’t have much of a point, do you? Voter fraud of this type is nonexistent.
