Dennis McKenna: A New Theory Of Neural Evolution

I put together a new video from a David Ellenbogen interview with Dennis McKenna (brother of Terence) where he expounds on Plant/Human Symbiosis and other fascinating topics such as the nature of the relationship between consciousness, drugs, plants, and the cosmos. Thanks to David for permission to use the interview.

  1. Interesting. I can’t say I believe it, but it was an interesting conversation to hear.

  3. humans tend to regard “consciousness” as something exclusive to humans
and hardly anyone regards plants as conscious
and yet plants are the most highly evolved, self sustaining organisms on the planet

modern human are now so disconnected from plants
they couldn’t possibly understand the connection between plant & human consciousness

    • Maybe they are self aware. Why would we even care?

      • the most perspicacious reason would be
that plants are critical to human existence
but humans aren’t critical to the existence of most plants
some humans like Sepp Holzer and Masanobu Fukuoka
have found sustainable ways of living through the observation of plants
a particularly valuable lesson at this point in time

        • I don’t buy it.

          • not selling anything
& the plants could care less whether you buy it or not
but if the feces soon hits the air cooling device
knowledge of plants will be more helpful
than knowing how to comment at Disinfo

oh & all the food you eat is from plants
            except for the additives
and 50% the air you breath comes from plants

          • You’ve convinced me.

These plants are a silent lurking menace with immense destructive potential relative to humans.

We need to kill as many as possible and enslave the rest.

          • obviously you need a schroom
take about 7 grams of a nice cubensi
and call me in the morning

          • 7 dried grams of the stuff I get and I’d need an interstellar spaceship to send you a message in the morning.

There are still some strains of the old PF and PF Hawaiian floating around and they are still glorious.

            That man knew his business.

You’ve never communicated with a plant?

  4. Dennis McKenna was supposed to be working on his book

Where is it Dennis! Huh!? Huh!!??

Seriously, I haven’t waited with such anticipation since I heard Dale
Pendell was releasing the other books in his Pharmako series.

  5. We Have Lost The Gift | Jun 27, 2012 at 6:06 pm |

On a subatomic level there is no difference between us and plants or anything else for that matter, We are all one big family. At one time we all communicated and understood each other, but for whatever reason we lost that gift. I’m hopping we get it back.
