    • I’m familiar with Fjords but not Fnord  please explain hockey mask faced man

      • It is a Discordian concept relating to mind control.

Children are taught to read but at the same time are taught not to consciously recognize “Fnord” which is put into the text. This causes fear and emotional upset which is then used as a general mind control mechanism by including “Fnord” where a fear reaction is wanted and excluding it in areas where it is not.

If you read Principia Discordia and the Illuminatus! Trilogy you’ll get the picture.

Thanks for that, I have not read nearly enough R.A.W, what a brilliant man.

Here’s the “pledge” I have been reciting for the past 15 years:
“I do NOT pledge allegiance to the flag
     Of Your Ass of Murky
Nor to the plutocracy for which it stands
One nation, scorned by God, in pieces,
With liberty and justice for NO ONE
Unless you can afford to BUY it or are very highly politically connected.”

Now, isn’t that a little more like the truth?

Never had a second thought about the pledge until I hit middle school.
