Glad to see this. Let’s teach police officers and other government employees what that the Constitution actually means.

it’s one thing to stand up for your rights, but I’d recommend avoid getting beaten up…

the cops are just doing what they are told AFAIK, in regards to whatever check points.

I think it would be more effective to write a letter to elected officials than aggravate heavily armed officers.  Of course the video seems effective to convey his point…but, I would not recommend adopting his attitude: cops can be crazy just like everybody else… just because they are in uniform doesn’t mean that they don’t have a screw loose….

Freedom requires we tolerate those who do not think exactly as we do.  Supporting their freedom is supporting our own.  That being said, the moral of this particular story is that everyone has the right to refuse the unlawful and unconstitutional search and seizures as per the 4th amendment. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.[1]”I do not agree with what you have to say, but I’ll defend to the death your right to say it.” -Voltaire

So strange that his mobile ‘phone receives a call at both check points… “run a check”?. I am surprised they haven’t already verified his stereo signal and checked his mood/sound ambiance on the send/receive chip in his ECU. Wake up America, these are the toys you paid for.

  12. Wow, a real American with balls.

At 3:41 the ‘supe’ slips and starts to say “why are you free”

  14. its’ getting harder and harder to do
    but my primary goal is
avoid interacting with the pigs as much as possible

confronting low level retards with their treasonous acts
    only leads to trouble,
especially if your not white and a card carrying member of the elite

  15. This little bigot can go fuck himself…He’ll rally freedom for some and deny it to others..

  16. If his skin had been brown or black they would have dragged him from that car and arrested him!

  17. Ecoazteca111 | Jul 14, 2012 at 9:31 am |

Im sure if his skin was a little darker, this video will be a completely different story  and provably a tragic ending..!!

  18. Complete asshat, I can understand the refusal to pull into the secondary check, but if they ask if you are a citizens, just answer the damn harmless question. He creates a situation out of nothing, does he think these employees are doing anything but their jobs?

  19. first of all for u jack asses they are out there doing a check point because its a law and yes voted by who “WE” the people dumb asses…reason the guy gets through its not because his wits or intelligence its because the cops don’t care or don’t believe in the law!!!! want to get rid of the check points?? change the law jack asses..

  20. What area / state was this in ?

  21. chromatius | Jul 15, 2012 at 3:35 am |

My guess, he’s passed these checkpoints (in a white middle class area) quietly without argument in the same car, many times… they just think, WTF, who cares.

I’d have Rodney Kinged his ass.

  23. Bruteloop | Jul 16, 2012 at 2:18 am |

Awesome guy is a hate spewing nazi who would have checkpoints everywhere…not least so that gat people can be hauled from their cars and lynched. Interesting that those who talk about freedom in America always want to take it from others.

Sorry ‘gat’ should read ‘gay’…or as he would say, loudly and with venom, sodomites and faggots.
