Federal Magistrate Rules Against Al-Qaeda, Taliban and Iran in 9/11 Civil Case

Federal Magistrate Frank Maas has recommended that Al-Qaeda, the Taliban and Iran be held liable for six billion dollars in a 2011 civil suit brought against them by relatives of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. The assessment is symbolic in nature, as it will be impossible to collect damages. Still, at least some of the plaintiffs are pleased with the results:

Plaintiff Ellen Saracini …  is happy about Manhattan Federal Magistrate Judge Frank Maas’ recommendation Monday. Her husband, Victor, was the captain of one of the planes that struck the World Trade Center.

    WTF, so now Iran is responsible? Did the US misread the name when they invaded Iraq? In that case the millions of relatives of Iraqi victims should sue the US.

    My head almost exploded like twc 7 when I read this, fucking 5 dancing israelis are caught red handed and its blamed on the beautiful country of Iran. I fucking hate US policy, both in the US and Foreign, my forefathers would be ashamed of us as citizens letting us get bitch slapped by these miniscule fuckwits ruining this country.     Hmm… so if Iran has to pay for “letting pass through” those guys what do we have to pay here in Germany? “We” even let the guys live here and plan 9/11. Luckily they did not train here – that could get very expensive… How is Floridas economy right now?
