‘Sikh Temple Shooter’ has White Supremacist Ties

Via Southern Poverty Law Center

The man who allegedly murdered six people at a Sikh temple in suburban Milwaukee yesterday, identified in media reports as Wade Michael Page, was a frustrated neo-Nazi who had been the leader of a racist white-power band.

In 2010, Page, then the leader of the band End Apathy, gave an interview to the white supremacist website Label 56. He said that when he started the band in 2005, its name reflected his wish to “figure out how to end people’s apathetic ways” and start “moving forward.” “I was willing to point out some of my faults on how I was holding myself back,” Page said. Later, he added, “The inspiration was based on frustration that we have the potential to accomplish so much more as individuals and a society in whole.” He did not discuss violence in the interview.

Page told the website that he had been a part of the white power music scene since 2000, when he left his native Colorado on a motorcycle. He attended white power concerts in Georgia, North Carolina, West Virginia and Colorado. At various times, he said, he also played in the hate rock bands Youngland (2001-2003), Celtic Warrior, Radikahl, Max Resist, Intimidation One, Aggressive Force and Blue Eyed Devils. End Apathy, he said, included “Brent” on bass and “Ozzie” on drums; the men were former members of Definite Hate and another band, 13 Knots.

An ex-psyops skin-head with a dishonorable discharge – I’ll bet AJ has a suitable mind-control rant on this one…let’s go see:

“Page’s involvement with Army psychological operations, added to reports of multiple shooters being responsible for the massacre, suggests that the incident could have been some kind of drill of which Page’s role only comprised one part.”
“‘Batman’ shooter James Holmes also connected to Army psychiatrist”

‘Connected’ with evil rays of mesmerism, channeled through hyper-dimensionally resonant SSRIs.

of course! it could NEVER be a culture of violence which both engenders and derives from the embedded and systemic racism in our socio-cultural model…

it MUST be the woo-woo magic couch doctors.

Yes, every mass shooting is a false flag operation designed to steal our gosh darned guns and scare our womenfolk.

That’s right. There is no such thing as free will, and every time a person, anywhere on the planet, does something that we can’t personally understand the motivations of, it automatically follows that they were mind-controlled by the NWO.

Hey my Ninja! You ever get around to reading Kim Stanley Robinson’s Mars trilogy? I’ve just been reading through it again.

yes! in fact my counterpart and i both read through and quite enjoyed them. really excellent- very post-scarcity, eco-anarchism- which as a big fan of bookchin, really appeals to me.

Great, I do love them, get’s a bit grandiose and technophilic, but overall, really great.

i still maintain that appropriate technology used appropriately could be useful in a post-scarcity civilization.

As long as it is minimal impact, it’s fine by me.

i am strongly opposed to kind of mineral/mining extraction. everything we need has already been stolen/ripped from the earth. so we might as well make use of those resources if we had the recycling tech to do so. obviously the scope of production would be very limited to minimise the negative effects of industrial civilization.

That would be very energy intensive though, highly pollutive, unless it was done very slowly. Global high speed mag lev train would be pretty kick-ass though.

i mean- probably impractical, but i like the ‘idea’ of it- as opposed to planes/cars.

          • Jin The Ninja | Aug 7, 2012 at 11:51 am |

and also a global mag lev train system. that is my secret fantasy.

Let me guess – this bald dipshit thought that Sikhs were the same as Muslims. This renders his violent act even MORE pointless and stupid on a level that boggles the fucking mind. I also find it ironic that rock and metal – genres heavily based on black music – are rife with white supremacist bands.

    • mole_face | Aug 6, 2012 at 5:40 pm |

After reading more about it, it turns out he played shitty neo-Nazi hardcore punk, not metal. Equally ironic though – even though hardcore takes all the blues influence out of rock and roll, the trademark fast hardcore playing style was largely spawned by the all-black Bad Brains. Key members of the early hc scene credit Bad Brains as the originators of the fast hardcore sound in the great book “Dance of Days”. So this worthless douchebag’s life is a confused failure on every level.

    • An important song for any neo-nazi

  4. White supremacist?  That means he’s a Leftist!

  5. Per usual…I reserve judgment until after more is known…but in this case it looks like first instincts were right. (They aren’t always…and I know it.) White male attacks a sikh temple…turns out ot have been influenced heavily by neo-nazi / white power / dominionist crapola. Not a shocker. The really educational part in all this is watching the right wing, which is the only welcoming place for the political fringe that is motivated solely by hate, flutter and scurry to cast blame on anyone and anything other than right wing propaganda outlets and an accompanying right wing culture that encourages violence against any person you disagree with. The cognitive dissonance knob has just just been turned to 11.

the one time i actually would be interested in seeing what they’re saying on fox news…

I’ve been vacationing with my parents this week. They watch ALOT of faux newz and it is absolutely delicious how they circumnavigate the elephant in the room that is their complicity in the massacre.

    Good riddance.

Hopefully, the media will try to be responsible for once and will attempt to educate people on the many differences between Muslims and Sikhs, the most noticeable one being that Sikhs wear turbans, and Muslims don’t.

it’s called a citation. don’t read it- if it offends you and your group.
