    Conflating 21st century Russia with 20th century communism is a lazy cliché for people who don’t bother to look beyond their own borders. But then conservatives were never any good at satire. Or at being relevant.

    I think this video is hilarious.  I dig RT’s slant on reporting, but those who think they are not completely slanted are probably a good target market for magic beans.

    RT lacks all the proper pro-US euphemisms used in western media. Example, if they would just use terms like “enhanced interrogation” when the US does it and torture when someone else does, then RT could be considered a “legitimate” news source. Instead = evil haters of the US. Ambivalent thoughts are not allowed when considering das homeland of the free, purity of thought is required in order to be a patriot. “You’re either with us or against US” and all that happy crappy.

       Problem. Stupid conservative propagandists have made the ultimate fatal mistake, you never inform your customers of their competitors.
      All of the propagandists customers will know have to watch RT in order to confirm or reject what is being said, the next step compare RT to say the BBC, youch.
      RT is simply doing what news organisation need to do to stay relevant, moving to a global audience, with local news sources and local marketing. To help gain that audience they have to challenge the status quo, if they don’t they wont get the customers.
      As far as conservative propagandists should go is, “RT who?”. Lame propaganda just highlights the threat.

    I agreed with everything pretty much in the first minute.  Funny how that is the establishment of their, “look they are talking nothing but shit about congress, the police, and gasp, accurate and candid perspectives on US imperialism!!”  and now we will show you a few gaffes, what a nightmare!  Que “Adam Kokesh” “look alike” (notice the tank top) and ta da!!  It’s fucked up to realize that both AIM and FAIR don’t really aim to provide fair or accurate coverage when it comes to “conspiracy theories” like the reality that we are all en$laved to central banks, or that 9/11 was obviously an inside job.  Russia Today has a slant, all media do, as do all people, nothing new there.  At least they are willing to present a different perspective and actually allow dissent of American status quo by American’s on their channel.
