          It’s actually David Icke, and I wouldn’t brush him off so quickly. Sure, maybe he paints with broad strokes… but a lot of what he says has been true over the years. In fact, most of it. Doesn’t take much research to figure that out. But I get the impression you are not much of the “research type” are you?
