I’m still trying to figure out what the problem was in the first place. There is nothing in the video that indicates the police thought the 3 men were actually committing a crime in the first place, and the only arrest is, apparently, for being too vigorous with a passed ID.
the whole thing looks an awful lot like the police wanted to arrest one of these guys and went out of their way to find a reason they could do so. Were they just bored?
