Got an hour to kill? Watch Breaking the Taboo, a documentary about the global war on drugs. It’s awfully persuasive, but that may be due to the fact that it’s narrated by God…er…Morgan Freeman.

    It was a brilliant move to conflate drug prohibition with the U.N.

    Whether it’s true or not, I can think of no finer way to get the right-wing in the U.S. to oppose drug prohibition than to make them think it’s all a conspiracy of those damn “Blue Helmets”.
