  1. Somehow, that is not surprising. I wonder what is the name of the mental disorder in which the victim identifies with the aggressor. Cause Israel is suffering from it. The nazi did it to the jews and now they’re doing to anyone that doesn’t is a white jewish person.

It’s pretty fucking weird that Israel is basically the last national socialist country on earth, albeit in a slightly adulterated form. They’ve got the Ein Volk and Ein Reich thing down, but they’re ok with changing Fuhrers every few years.

  3. Whoa, there she’s goes a bit crazy in this one. Controlling breeding in a population of 7 billion just makes sense and is totally different from killing undesired people.
A licence to breed in association with full welfare support is reasonable and trying to associate it with death camps is just bullshit.
Shame on Martin for the deceitful association. 7 BILLION people you silly strumpet, when are we going to start doing something, 14 BILLION.

it’s technically a vest…excellent clip, really nails it.

      • Yet it completely ignores the disappearance of complete societies as a result of environmental collapse, it pretends they have never existed. We are becoming a global society, the next one will not be pretty.

The ego of our’s is better, our’s is stronger, our’s will never fail, naturally because we can only really see within our own short life times and not the drift to collapse of hundreds even thousands of years.
Right now the best and brightest and breeding later and in fewer numbers whilst the most ignorant and unwise are breeding more often than not as a result of laziness to get birth control prior to engaging in the act.
A lot of big empty words about past extreme claims are just that they will have no impact upon the end result.

I’m not entirely sure, as I don’t read your style very well, but I think you’ve missed the point completely. The video is a direct response to the “past extremes” and ongoing campaign of fear based around the idea that there are too many people on the planet for…what? I don’t know?

Bringing up disappearing societies due to environmental collapse doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with overpopulation. It has to do with a stupid population. The point is that all the fear mongering about, “not enough resources” has to do with the way people live, not how many people are living.

The irony of you bringing up the pitfalls of ego and then two sentences later passing judgement upon others is not lost on me.

    • It’s a way to keep a minority, minority. Controlling breeding hould be using a condom.

  4. There are certain assumptions implicit in the idea that Genocide is universally wrong. Genocide is only wrong if you assume everyone shares equality springing from a common humanity. Also you need a belief in Justice.

If you think your group is comprised of a special class of people who are inherently better than everyone else, then genocide is only wrong when its committed against you. The Hebrew scriptures are brimming with accounts of divinely sanctioned genocide, there are even accounts of Hebrews being punished by God for not carrying out genocide, but instead sparing women and children.

This goes back a lot farther than what Jews suffered at the hands of Nazi Germany. But the Nazis of the the 20th century and the Israelis today are suffering from the same disease. Its the Wetiko virus. The Viewpoint that “I am an isolated individual living in a hostile universe, my only hope is to dominate and control everyone and everything in my environment.”

So when you have conflicting cultures, but both suffering from the same virus, you get genocide. It doesn’t matter if one culture had genocide committed against them before. That in itself doesn’t create empathy. For empathy you need a recognition of a common humanity. You need to see a connection between all living things. If your basic ethic is that of separation and fear of contamination, you will have genocide.

  5. I like Abby’s reporting. I get information from her not cover by other media outlets. I remember she also briefly reported on Israel food restrictions to the Palestinians (limiting the number of calories).

  6. Well, Israeli Jews have become what they most HATED: NAZI’S! 🙁

isreal, simply put, is not socialist in any form. the most socialist ‘institution’ kibbutzim, has been all but abandoned. it is an ultra-nationalist, right wing military nation.

  8. This report is highly speculative and makes several false claims without regards to the known facts. It transforms an already troubling situation worthy of serious journalistic investigation into a wild conspiracy theory that serves little purpose other than to stoke hatred.

First of all, the Israeli government’s sole admission was that it found that doctors were prescribing Depo-Provera to non-Hebrew speaking immigrants without informed consent. They have not attested to nor has any evidence yet surfaced corroborating the existence of a eugenics program. That is yet to be seen.

Secondly, to my understanding, this did not affect Ethiopian Jews writ large. Specifically, it affected Falash Mura, a sect of Ethiopian Jews who converted to Christianity and then back to Judaism. They are not regarded as legitimately Jewish by Israeli religious authorities and Israel only reluctantly absorbed them under external pressure in the 1990s.

Thirdly, no one was “forced” to take contraception. The women were in Ethiopia at the time they began receiving the shots. They allege that they were coerced by officials of an international Jewish relief organization into taking the drugs, claiming they were told in a family planning class that life would be harder for them in Israel if they had kids. From that they inferred that they would not be able to emigrate if they were pregnant or had large families, and so they consented to take birth control. When they arrived in Israel, they continued receiving injections every few months — at appointments they voluntarily attended.

Fourthly, the riots mentioned were not in Ethiopian neighborhoods, they were in a Mizrahi Jewish neighborhood in South Tel Aviv where thousands of Sudanese and Eritrean migrants and asylum seekers have taken up residence in the last five years. Trying to catch a wave of populist anger towards the refugees, opportunistic politicians have used sporadic episodes of refugee violence to incite against their population and call for their expulsion. This hatred is not, by and large, directed at Ethiopian Jews or Falash Mura, though racism against Ethiopians in Israel certainly does exist.

Investigate, don’t bloviate. Legitimate journalists should not play fast and loose, making grandiose assertions without full knowledge of a situation. What has happened to these women is not okay — it is as disturbing to me as anyone else — these women and immigrants more broadly should not have felt pressured to take birth control, nor to take any drug without informed consent. But, short of any further revelations, this is also a far cry from a coordinated eugenics program.
