Quick Note: Site Upgrades Coming Soon

Hey folks,

Just  a quick note here to let you know that site upgrades are on their way. If there’s a lag in content here and there – er, yesterday – then it’s probably due to work going on behind the scenes. For the most part, readers shouldn’t notice much of anything during this process, and we’ll try to keep things fresh with content.

Please be patient as we work toward making Disinfo.com an even better place for our readers and writers. In the meantime, please enjoy this picture of a terrifying, politically suspect octopus-monster.

Thanks,

Matt

I can’t wait for the implementation of the new subliminal mind control technology that will reprogram us to serve the dark lord with hidden messages dropped into all stories, videos, & podcasts!

Fingers crossed that you’re not adopting the user-unfriendly web design and comments setup that has blighted the Gawker sites in recent weeks.

      Oh yuck. It’s like lifehacker

      • Reasor

Lifehacker is part of the same corporate family as Kotaku and iO9. They’re all making the same misguided switch.

  • Ittabena

Ya know, I wondered about yesterday. I thought it was just and extremely slow news day.

  • Reasor

I doubt that I’m photogenic enough to take my clothes off in chat rooms for a living, but thanks for the thoughtful invite.

See, these kinds of snappy retorts are what keep me from deleting spam comments on sight. You and Buzz have had some good ones, lately.

      • InAwe

I was wondering why you weren’t taking them down.
        Good enough :)
