    let’s face it
if the Gulf of Mexico becoming an oil puddle didn’t bring down the house
and fracking doesn’t create lynch mobs looking for fracking execs
then this little spill by one of the worlds most power corporations
isn’t going to be much news after all
it would be news if the EXXXon CEO was met by an angry mob at his front door
and they rubbed tar sand oil in face
    that’s video eye’d dig seeing

I still have yet to decide which came first: the chicken or the egg? I personally want to believe that our current way of living is more a product of conditioning by the ‘masters of the house’; but there seems to be mounting evidence in my eyes to it being our own creation (what an ugly birth that must have been!). As you have pointed out: where are the lynch mobs? I’d say the time long passed where they should have organized. Sure a small handful of us throughout history -seem- to want to live differently… but then again; you’re still sitting at your screen reading this aren’t you? Surely is not the first time a mutation went wrong…

wee have become separated from Nature
by a program designed to keep us sheeple
        docile, obedient & dependent
not by the elites, they are puppets too
the program was created by a program
a System that was created by media environments
that are invisible & stupefying at the same time
hence people have Netflix cues while Rome burns

I wouldn’t say an angry lynch mob is the answer to this, though. mobs have the tendency to turn people into maniacs.
but, yes, confronting the reckless sociopaths who created this mess is something we should do as individuals who care about others.
      as a mob, no.
as an individual who’s mother was just defiled, yes.

        > I wouldn’t say an angry lynch mob is the answer to this
confronting the reckless sociopaths who created this mess
is something we should do as individuals

the Law has had no impact on corporate crime
        OWS had virtually no impact
I can name hundreds of individuals who have followed your suggestion
but I can’t think of one corporate leader
who is the concerned in the slightest
about how the sheeple will react to their crime

well, I just don’t want them to think we’re stupid and that what they’re doing isn’t wrong. but, ultimately the best vengeance upon them would be to do as you recommend, and that’s drop out and quit supporting them.

            absolutely right
the best way is to withdraw support from them
            to the maximum extent possible
that is the modern lynch mob
XXXon spills oil in your hood,
everyone in the hood stops buying XXXon
            but
is BP still selling gasoline to overpriced SUVs in The Gulf?

            which was my original point
squawking about this is political masturbation
actions to withdraw support are not

Don’t be fooled. Tar sand oil is being attacked by those who would have the US perpetually dependent upon ME oil and Israel’s security. Oil from Canada makes all the sense in the world, while shifting to geo-thermal and other green energy sources.
