Cynthia Mckinney delivers an Inspirational Message at the Atlanta Liberty Music Festival

Cynthia McKinney speaking at a the Atlanta Music Liberty Fest this past Saturday April 6th, 2013

Cynthia candidly presents on the need to declare independence from the bi-partisan political machinations which ensnare all of us via a return to constitutional precepts, the sordid history of COINTELPRO in fighting against populist uprisings and the manufactured divisions which we must surmount through open communication, compassion, understanding and love.

Here is to building bridges between all who seek truth, liberty, and justice for all of humankind.

  1. one of the only politicians outside of Ron Paul and Denis Kucinich I ever trusted…

    • Yeah, I voted for her as President in 2008 and not just because she was on the Green Party Ticket.

      • Yeah, I should have voted…I didn’t vote that year. I guess I didn’t want to vote against Obama, but I wasn’t really for him enough to vote for him. I knew he was an establishment candidate, but was willing to give him a chance. All my votes are usually protest votes.

        • I was born in Illinois. From my personal experience working for the Illinois State Legislature their is no one whom I would have supported from Illinois. Indeed, I was a Ron Paul supporter, but if he had been from Illinois I wouldn’t have been able to believe in his veracity.

Indeed, a recent former Mayor of Springfield, the Capital, a Tim Davlin was one year ahead of me in grade school and high school. His father? A big lawyer and usher at our church, and someone my father idolized. His Aunt, or Grandmother or someone in his family left several hundred thousand dollars in his care. He was supposed to give all but $20,000 to Catholic Charities and other charitable organizations. The $20,000 was his.

Well, eventually the courts wanted to know what had happened to the money. He did the lawyer/politician dance of stalling for a couple of years, but finally he couldn’t stall anymore. The night before he was finally due to show up in court, he went out to the garage and shot himself.

Here’s a little more on him

Did you see the photo of him campaigning for Barry?

@12:05ish if wee don’t care about Liberty, it will be taken away from us

What Liberty do wee have that has yet to be taken away?
The right to believe in any Fairy Story you’d like, except Islam.
The right to say almost anything you want about the government.
(Void if you’re of a whistle-blower, anarchist, racial minority or foreigner.)
The right to vote for either Coke or Pepsi with proper approval & ID.

If your hoping that government is going to protect your rights
you obviously have drunk Da Kewlaid
decide which rights are important to you
and protect them with your life and as if your life depended upon them
the right to live free and independent of the system is hard to confiscate
if you have the know how
which you’re not gonna get from cable or Netflicx or Poop Kulture
if your still propping up the consumer economy
you have no rights at all, let alone the right to complain

  3. I have only one thing to say about this woman. Cynthia should have been elected our first black president, and is the epitome not of what we should expect, but of what we should demand from our politicians.

God bless Cynthia McKinney. Bless her heart.

She sounded like she had a bit to drink in this video. A little liquid courage always helps me speak in front of people.

I consider it an important sign that a Leftist contemporary icon like McKinney brings up the Federal Reserve in her talk. This is usually a fulcrum point of Rightist, libertarian arguments. I think both ideological extremes are coming full circle in recognizing their common oppression and oppressor.

I think she is great! Since you cats are throwing around labels I would put her in the green libertarian camp based on her recent interviews with Adam Kokesh and Alex Jones. Doesn’t matter though because she stands for liberty and freedom and she carries the bite to get it across to people that often have their eyes closed.
