Thanks to the below video report from Josie Harris and Christopher Cantwell, direct from the federal courthouse in Philadelphia, we know that Adam is being held under 18 USC 11, felony assault on a federal officer. He was not released today but he has a detention hearing Thursday and might be released then. Thanks to Scott MacMillan we have a copy of the complaint against Adam.

The Free Adam Kokesh campaign will share more information as it becomes available. We all need to step up our activities in support of Adam in order to help Adam. He is in a very serious situation. We can not trust that justice will prevail inside the government injustice system. We have to use our rights to make justice prevail.

Speaking from personal experience, Adam is being framed. It’s that simple.

Adam Kokesh is an upstanding marine who is active for peace, marijuana legalization, the right to keep and bear firearms and other worthy causes. Adam was put in a cage by US Park Police in Philadelphia on Sat May 18 2013 for speaking to a marijuana legalization rally. Our mission is clear: get him out of that cage immediately. Adam deserves our support. But this is as much about our willingness to support each other as it is about Adam. Stay tuned for action alerts. Participate! Be the change you want to see.

Info here.

In the above video you can clearly see an officer striking another officer and perhaps this is the supposed basis for the Felony Assault charges….

Oh, thaaaaat’s how they’re going to torpedo that march on DC- they’re just going to lock him up for the duration.

Don’t dare spit on the sidewalk in front of the feds. They’ll charge you with the use of a weapon of mass destruction.

Depends on if you have a communicable disease.

    I hate to
say this, but after more than 17 years down the rabbit hole, I smell
COINTELPRO. I hope I’m wrong, but the facts, timeline and Adam’s recent
    actions all point towards it.

I only found out about Kokesh’s Father being in BIG TROUBLE after Adam announced his “armed” march on DC.

I didn’t like the idea because there was no upside and a lot of downside. From a tactical point of view, it made no sense.

Then I saw that his father was formally charged by the SEC in a complaint in 2009. This, of course, after a lengthy investigation.

Investigations of this kind, can last for several years before the final complaints are filed.

    Summary

    1. From at least 1995 through July 2007, Kokesh systematically misappropriated approximately $45 MILLION from four Commission – registered business development companies

The case has not been resolved for some reason. We’re talking 4 years.

So, by July 2007 Daddy Kokesh finally completely ended his scam. He surely knew the SEC was was very much onto him by then.

What else happened around that time?

Adam Kokesh had his coming out party:

In February 2007, he became an active participant in the Iraq Veterans Against the War (IVAW). On March 19, 2007, to mark the 4th anniversary of the 2003 invasion of Iraq, Kokesh and 12 other Iraq Veterans Against the War members participated in an occupation-like mock patrol of Washington D.C.

Adam has always been a “Loose Cannon”. The Ron Paul camp didn’t trust he wouldn’t embarass them. He’s always been out front, many times, high as a kite.

But after his planned “armed march”, I saw his Father was in deep shit.

Now, with his “armed march” collapsing, he ends up getting “disappeared” in this manner?

I think his “Disappearing” may have been planned originally for his failing DC “Armed March”.

I’m sorry if I’m wrong. But It looks like he may be trying to bail out his father.

The thing is, he could think he is exactly what he portrays himself to be. The kind of manipulation required to pull off the patsy provocateur routine is so well honed that every aspect of a targets life can be turned into psychological role play.
