Roger Stone: LBJ Had Kennedy Killed

758px-Lyndon_B._Johnson_taking_the_oath_of_office,_November_1963Patrick Howley writes at the Daily Caller:

Legendary Republican operative Roger Stone claims in his new book that Lyndon Johnson arranged John F. Kennedy’s assassination, and that Richard Nixon and Johnson had a documented relationship with Lee Harvey Oswald’s killer, Jack Ruby, years before Ruby shot Oswald in the basement of Dallas police headquarters in 1963.

Stone, who worked for Richard Nixon’s Committee to Re-elect the President in 1972 and later served in the Nixon administration, claims in his forthcoming book that Johnson, then a congressman, instructed Richard Nixon, then a congressman, to hire Ruby on the House of Representatives payroll in 1947.

Stone also claimed that Johnson “micro-managed” Kennedy’s Dallas motorcade, demanding that it pass through Dealy Plaza on November 22, 1963, when Oswald, from his perch in an overlooking book depository building, shot Kennedy.

“Nixon knew Jack Ruby, hired him on House payroll in 1947 at request of … Lyndon Johnson. Newly released documents prove it. in my upcoming book ‘The Man who killed Kennedy- the case against LBJ’ Out Oct 1–order yours today,” Stone wrote on Facebook Thursday night.

    50 years have passed
Kennedy’s murder by his “friends” & cohorts has been well documented
    and widely known
nothing has yet to come of this & nothing ever will
thanks for reminding us of the futility of investigative journalism
    and thanks for reminding us
that the elite class can murder & pillage at will
    very helpful

  2. I saw a movie about this. It was pretty good.

  3. I’ve been wondering…if you’re the vice president, can you shoot the president and then just pardon yourself?

  4. I can’t imagine a less trustworthy source.

  5. Claims LBJ did it, but keeps the Oswald bullshit intact. At least others who claim JBL was behind it had the imagination to claim Mac Wallace or others were were the organizers andor shooter, and that there were other shooters as well.

I still think it was General Lyman Lemnitzer, per Richard Cottrel’s theory. He was pissed about Kennedy’s commie pinko ways and his no balls reaction Operation Northwoods. It all fits into a nice little box, and Lemnitzer was clearly a fucking fascist piece of shit,.

When Wall Street wants a war, they get it.

Douglas McArthur warned JFK not to impede Bush and the east coast oligarchs who wanted the billions in war profits from a long war in Southeast Asia. JFK didn’t listen. He got capped.

Successive Presidents learned not to mess with the Wall Street/City of London oligarchs.

Yup. Have it on good authority. I knew Oswald’s former barracks-mate Kerry Thornley and an early NSA computer tech–we’ll call him ‘Mike (since his name is Mike :D)’. Corporate/Arms interests operating within the CIA planned and killed Kennedy. Who and how many pulled the trigger is a distraction, but I don’t doubt Oswald got off a shot.

This LBJ crap is just another red herring–Johnson was the ‘military-industrial complex’s’ man, but he was not the one who gave the order, and he was no where near the top. We may never know the details of the top, but I’m banking on Prescott Bush as a presiding member in any Cabal.

      • You didn’t know shit. Just another liberal that has a pathological need to blame the Bush family.

  9. In every investigation you should follow the money, or look for who benefited.

Although in this case I think Johnson would argue that by the end of his presidency he no longer considered it a benefit.

  10. Ray and Joe had the Howard Hunt confession on their show like half a decade ago.

What happens when someone kills one of them? What would happen if a LJB had to be killed? In terms of consequences at large, not the killer.
