      “They hate our freedom.”

      • BuzzCoastin June 11, 2013 at 6:23 pm #

        what freedom?
no, it just hypocrisy as usual
“do as say not as I do”
        the ultimate nanny

PS: McLuhan hashed all this out in the late 60′s
        and unfortunately
this shit is not going to go away
        till the Internet goes away

Damn that’s some of the best spin since Clinton’s definition of “the”.

They can fabricate bullshit, and set up anybody they want for planning any kind of act imaginable now. And they can get(fabricate) whatever electronic “proof” they can possibly want. You didn’t type that? Oh yes you did. All the “records” are right here. Prolonged surveillance proves you were on that phone/computer when that message was sent out. Now we’re gonna extra-judicially murder you.
I’m not worried about the loss of privacy, I’m worried that this will give them a new powerful tool for framing their enemies for fake crimes.

Activists better watch the fuck out.

    • BuzzCoastin June 11, 2013 at 6:28 pm #

read the book Three Felonies a Day
they don’t need this stuff to frame you
they just need it to make it easier & more efficient

Did I die and wake up in a fucking movie?

    • Juan June 11, 2013 at 10:46 am #

Yes, in a cheeseball, Hollywood, sci-fi, dystopian thriller.

      • Anarchy Pony June 11, 2013 at 11:09 am #

When does Snake Plissken show up?

        • Juan June 11, 2013 at 11:58 am #

          No spoilers!

        • echar June 11, 2013 at 12:31 pm #

That’s not cheeseball… shame on you… For shame!

          • Anarchy Pony June 11, 2013 at 12:52 pm #

I beg to differ, I’ve seen Escape from LA. I did like the ending, but the main section of the movie was so cheesy I had to get my cholesterol checked.

          • echar June 11, 2013 at 12:57 pm #

            lol

          • Anarchy Pony June 11, 2013 at 1:39 pm #

Of course, there are those that speculate that it was cheesy on purpose so… whatever.

          • echar June 11, 2013 at 1:44 pm #

I doubt it had anything to do with the budget, nope couldn’t be that.

          • Anarchy Pony June 11, 2013 at 2:36 pm #

Escape from LA had a bigger budget than escape from new york.

          • echar June 11, 2013 at 2:47 pm #

            $50 Million… Ack! I stand corrected.

        • InfvoCuernos June 11, 2013 at 2:57 pm #

          I heard Snake was dead.

    • BuzzCoastin June 11, 2013 at 6:26 pm #
