Congressman Denies NSA Is Doing More Than “Collecting Metadata”

NY Congressman Jerrold Nadler explains his recent vote on Justin Amash’s amendment to limit the NSA’s spying abilities. Despite voting to limit the NSA’s capabilities, Nadler denies that the NSA is doing anything more than “collecting metadata.”

    oh metadata….so just everything. ok. Just move on to phase II; the courts “shut it down” and have private corps to do the( very expensive ) dirty work. With equipment paid for with tax dollars. The Feds will just regulate the spy center. To make sure everything’s legal.
