Driver Killed After Ramming White House Gates Believed Obama Was Electronically Monitoring Her

miriam careyThe tragic death of a young woman struggling with mental health issues apparently was inspired by a chilling, very contemporary schizophrenic delusion: that she was trapped in a reality television show under the surveillance of Barack Obama. ABC News writes:

The woman who led police on a high-speed chase near the U.S. Capitol before being shot dead had a history of mental illness and believed President Obama was electronically monitoring her Connecticut home in order to broadcast her life on television, sources said.

Miriam Carey, a dental hygienist from Stamford, Conn., was killed by police [a week ago] after trying to ram a White House gate and leading cops on a chase down Pennsylvania Avenue with her 1-year-old daughter in the car.

According to sources Carey believed she was capable of communicating with Obama. According to sources, Carey had a family history of schizophrenia and was taking medication for a mental illness.

Shooting the mentally ill. That was handled well. Obviously there was no other way….

I think you ought to be able to get an unarmed woman with a baby out of a car with shooting her.

        • Not to excuse the slaying of this woman, yet maybe she pulled a death by firing squad. Claiming she had a bomb or something. One could go the other direction on this and claim she was a mistress and the child was his. Faux false flag her, give the rabid something to chew on. Who knows?

When I was a child my mother made a wrong turn in a high-sec section of the base we were stationed at. The sort of area where deadly force is authorized. We were surrounded at gunpoint by security within seconds and she was dragged out of the car onto the ground & my sister & I were whisked away.

Could you imagine the response if she had panicked and hit the gas pedal?

Yeah, I thinks a really horrible dynamic. I bet certain types of people try to get assigned there just for the opportunity to shoot some person. I’ve heard people bragging about things like that.

I’d be willing to bet there are a larger-than-expected percentage of federal security guards from Texas.

Gawd, where to start? According to what “sources” does she come from a family with “a history of “? She didn’t “ram” anything, see the widely circulated uncut video – when was the airbag deployed – not until she was run off the road and into the last barrier and crashed at speed? Watch the video – grill is still on the hood, the front bumper is intact and on the car. The “cops” “pin bump” her car from the rear to try to get the airbag in her car to deploy, since that also cuts off the ignition – but they don’t do it hard enough. They draw their guns without verifying she was armed, without witnessing gunfire or hearing gunshots. Then, they surround the car with guns drawn, all 5 of them panic-yelling at her at the same time – standing in a “circular fire-squad” fashion, “aiming down” the target at 45 degree angle, guaranteed richochet at that close range WITH NO clear “line of fire” : bystanders at 360 degrees in a completely unsecured scene. After she throws her car in reverse and slams back to “burn-turn” left and out of the pin-in, they “chase and shoot” after her car after she drives away without running anyone over.
I can’t imagine how it could have been handled any worse than they handled this situation – they literally DID EVERYTHING THEY’RE TAUGHT NOT TO DO IN POLICE ACADEMY.
They are probably waterboaring that baby now, trying to get her to sign a false confession saying that she killed her own poor mama, by shooting her 20 times in the back.

      good points.

The humans on this planet are responsible for not responding to the response meted out by the police. As we sit on our desktops and “discuss” this, the police shall become more like martial law and then guillitoines shall be used worldwide. While the “enlightended” shall continue to discuss on their “social” networks. Thinking there is no such thing as judgement day for them.

To the person who said “they literally DID EVERYTHING THEY’RE TAUGHT NOT TO DO IN POLICE ACADEMY.”

What do you suggest I do to “Change the rules”

  3. Thanks for the breaking news and link to ABC’s home page!

the first set of cops that had her surrounded with guns drawn knew enough not to shoot her. They let her drive off because they could see she was unarmed, with a child and just nuts. Not the second crew thought. The ones in black with armor and automatic weapons. No hesitation whatsoever, it appears.

People don’t accidentally take a wrong turn from Connecticut to DC. People don’t usually accidentally take a wrong turn into a bunch of cops (inside and outside of their cars), and if they do, they don’t usually respond by then plowing into more cops in-reverse, and then squealing off doing high-speed donuts in an area highly populated with pedestrians. This woman (regardless of her state of rationality & responsibility for her own actions) was putting people’s lives in danger (including the baby in the back seat) using her car as a potentially lethal weapon!!!! Hello! Sorry but this is not an innocent victim, please! I do question exactly when the baby was pulled from the car and why they couldn’t have also pulled her out of the car, and whether police used lethal force too quickly… But anyone who sees the publicized video and says “oh maybe she just took a wrong turn” is really REACHING to stir-up trouble. She put others’ lives in danger, including her own baby, in a high-security location.
