I have taken melatonin off and on for some time. It certainly can enhance dreams, yet I’ve not tripped out on it or whatever this animation is suggesting. Either way, check it out.

Ever caught yourself staring at thin ice on the road or where ever. Or maybe watching the pearlescent tendrils of petrol on water wend their way in a puddle? This video is akin to both experiences combined. You are welcome.
Did you buy or receive an engagement ring? If so, you may enjoy this funny PSA from College Humor. Sure, it’s a joke, but as they say, “Many a true word is spoken in jest.”

I’ll never forget when my older sister came home distraught and shaken. My parents asked her what was wrong and she broke down into tears and admitted she was horrified from having just seen The Silence of the Lambs. Since then I always wanted to see it. I was 4 at the time. It wouldn’t be until years later that I saw the film. It became my favorite movie at the time and Hannibal my favorite character in fiction. He was just so classy and in charge. Since then the Hannibal Lecter franchise has seen plenty more literary and cinematic incarnations, most of them lame, with Silence arguably standing as the unmatched artistic achievement. That was the status quo of the Lecterverse until NBC released the television show Hannibal last year.
Over the last few months I watched and re-watched Hannibal. I don’t watch TV, but being a sometimes very disappointed fan of the Hannibal franchise, I gave it a shot. … Read the rest
Assuming it’s not an elaborate hoax, would you eat a salami made from lab-grown meat grown from tissue from the likes of Jennifer Lawrence, Kanye West, James Franco and Ellen DeGeneres? Apparently there are people clamoring for this dubious sounding product from BiteLabs, which says of itself:

BiteLabs produces fine artisanal salami from meat that has been lab-grown from celebrity tissue samples.
In 1931, Winston Churchill predicted a future in which all the world’s meat would be grown in labs; what, he asked, was the sense in raising a whole chicken merely for the sake of its wings or breast meat?
Today, In-Vitro meat production is close to becoming a reality, offering highly controllable meat production without the animal cruelty, waste, and environmental impacts of industrial farming. But this process can offer so much more than replicas of beef and pork.
Imagine meat like never before.
The process begins with myosatellite cells, which are obtained via biopsy.

A California woman who describes herself as Barbie-obsessed says she uses hypnotherapy sessions in the hopes that it will decrease her IQ.
“I just want to be the ultimate Barbie. I actually want to be brainless,” Blondie Bennett, 38, told Barcroft TV. “I don’t like being human, if that makes sense… Natural is boring… I would love to be like, completely plastic.”
Bennett has had five breast augmentations and other procedures in the hopes of attaining her goal. But now she says she’s undergoing hypnotherapy sessions two-to-three times a week in order to dumb down her thoughts.
She says it’s working. “I’ve had 20 sessions and I’m already starting to feel ditzy and confused all the time.”

Writer Bret Easton Ellis and director Rob Zombie have teamed with Alcon Television to develop a project for Fox that will revisit the people and events connected to the Manson Family murder spree in August 1969.
The project is envisioned as a limited series, but it is in the very early stages of development with Fox. Ellis is set to write the script and some additional materials. Zombie is on board to direct.
Zombie has long been fascinated by the Manson Family slayings, which left seven people dead in the Los Angeles area. Among the victims were actress Sharon Tate, who was eight and a half months pregnant at the time with the child of director Roman Polanski, and prominent Hollywood hairstylist Jay Sebring.
