Seeing The Future With Anthony Peake

Contributor to The Quest For Gnosis and all around cool guy, Anthony Peake presents the extraordinary science of what happens when we die.

Can there ever be a scientifically satisfactory explanation as to what happens to human consciousness at the point of death? Anthony Peake, acclaimed author on the matter of consciousness, believes there is. Pulling together the latest evidence from the fields of quantum physics, neurology, consciousness studies and psychology, Peake presents a compelling, original theory to explain what exactly happens when we die.

Given the amount of disruption that head injuries can inflict on our memory and sense of self, from minor concussions to degenerative disorders like Alzheimer’s, I’ll quite surprised if my memories and personality survive the death of my brain.

How others make their peace with the fact of their own mortality is up to them, but I do find the modern habit among New Age authors of abusing the word “quantum” tremendously annoying.

I really enjoyed this talk, especially since he referenced Tom Campbell and his work.
Also enjoyed Peake’s biography of PKD.
