Apparently Ms. Everett also wanted to homeschool her daughter to make sure she learned about the Confederacy…

A Sunrise woman who disappeared with her 2-year-old daughter last month to avoid having the child vaccinated now faces a federal criminal charge, according to court records.

Megan Elizabeth Everett, 22, was last seen on May 6, when Robert Baumann dropped off their daughter, Lilly, in compliance with a shared custody agreement. Lilly was supposed to be returned to Baumann a week later, but Everett never showed up.

According to court records, Everett left a note for her boyfriend, Carlos Lesters, vaguely explaining her actions.

“You are a great dad,” she wrote, with the word “great” underlined. “If I let them take her and vaccinate her and brainwash her, I wouldn’t be doing what’s right. I cannot let a judge tell me how my daughter should be raised. We will miss you. But I had to leave.”

The child was the subject of a custody battle that appeared to be resolved in April, when Broward Circuit Judge Steven Feren granted each side 50 percent custody. Lilly was to alternate between each parent’s home, with the exchange taking place every Tuesday, said Baumann’s lawyer, Donna Goldman.

Broward Circuit Judge Michele Towbin Singer signed a warrant on May 19 to arrest Everett on charges of kidnapping, interference with custody and concealing a minor contrary to a court order. The federal charge accused Everett of crossing state lines to avoid prosecution for the state charges.

Baumann, an air-conditioning repairman, and Everett, a bookkeeper, were never married.

    Who’s doing the brainwashing?

I’m pretty sure a more productive and less arduous question would be who is not doing the brainwashing?

America doesn’t claim her. She’s an illegal alien, originally from La-La Land.

  3. I see two issues here. The need for the child to be protected, and her health insured, and yet there’s the need for the parent to not have the State telling her how to live her life, raise her child, etc.

While I know that many vaccines are necessary (my daughter is vaccinated) I think a healthy suspicion of the motives and actions of the Pharma industry behind them is not paranoid, delusional, “conspiracy theory” or what have you.

So the question then is what is a ‘healthy suspicion’ and how is it best exercised? If you need vac papers to get your children enrolled in school, but don’t trust pharma, then what? I can’t honestly say I know what I’d do. They got us fenced in pretty well.

The way around these types of issues was outlined by Freeman Bert on the Gnostic Media Podcast, though I’m not sure which one. There is a series he does with Bert on legal issues, if that helps. Anyway the solution to this is to make a claim for your child in a court of law (county court is fine here in the states as I understand it). If the claim goes uncontested for 30 days, no one, not even the state or federal authorities can take control of your child in matters such as these. They cannot vaccinate them, they cannot remove them from the home unless a substantiated criminal complaint is waged and they cannot just effectively kidnap children over petty matters such as vandalism, truancy etc. As I understand this maneuver, the court and of the state has control of your child in all matters in general, until such time as you make a legal claim for their person (a natural law human’s legal straw man), which in effect is similar to removing your consent to the state’s implied possession of your child/chattel (as the state sees their status as a ownership issue). I’m no lawyer, just heard some of the law explained and cited.

  5. Matt have you ever heard about Senator Nancy Schaefer’s fight against the CPS (“child protective services”) previously? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_TcDTJlPWbE
