Did you ever notice how we as a society will mourn people in one part of the world, while being completely oblivious to the tragedies that occur in other countries? Terror attacks occur all over the world, yet we only see a small percentage of them.
Our media and politicians have programmed us to grieve for the few, and ignore the suffering of the many.
In this thought-provoking video, we are shown what it would be like if people were consistently change their social media profile pictures when tragedy strikes anywhere in the world. If you want to reach out in solidarity to the people of Brussels, do it also for the people in Pakistan, Syria, and many other places that we never hear about.
