Mechanics of the BBC, Science Content and the Flaws of the US Healthcare System with Matt Kirshen

From the Indie Bohemians:

Matt Kirshen is a comedian from outside of London that made his home in Los Angeles after getting a spot on Last Comic Standing in the States. He co-hosts a podcast called “Probably Science” that discusses science in a comedic way. We talk about the mechanics of the BBC, the concept of having a national media network not motivated by profit, creating science-influenced content, doing comedy in a country different from that of your birth and at the end we get in a heated discussion about the flaws of the US Healthcare system and why a Universal system would be a better model.

Also: Ron Placone and Carmen Morales talk about a recent Cure concert where they were sitting a few rows from a noteworthy 90s musician and had some social media fun.
