In addition to numerous photographs and documents, The Mosireen Media Collective has made available 858 hours of video footage shot since the Egyptian Revolution of 2011. The members of the Collective are all part of the protest movement. They are not simply passive and neutral observers, but have documented and participated in their people’s struggle against a series of oppressive regimes.
Western Media may have forgotten about Egypt and all the protesters who took part in “the Arab Spring,” but that doesn’t mean you have to.
