Tightening The ‘Screws’ On Contraception

Many of us have become aware of the illusion of progress that we seem to be mired in.  It has seemed of late that even our most politically stable personal rights have become targets for those who want to take us a couple years back in time when moral authority was dictated by a monolithic religious hierarchy and people lived in fear of being burned at the stake for thinking or behaving differently.  It would be nice to think that something as sensible and useful for public health like contraception would be off limits to these throwback inquisitors, but no.

It’s not just about not getting pregnant, it’s about telling you that your have no right to put your tab A into another person’s slot B unless the two of your are held within the holy confines of marriage.

Let me get personal here, I was a student at a Pentecostal College where a no-intercourse rule was strictly enforced.… Read the rest

The Black Hornet Is Here To Help.

After Rand Paul’s filibuster this last week, many people are paying a bit more attention to the idea that our government may not always be using their cool toys for our own good. RT’s Abby Martin reported on mini drones and the possible ways in which they could be used against the public.

One has to wonder if these little dandies might slip through the cracks of public awareness due to their size. Will Rand Paul get up again and passionately rail against the use of these cute lil’ fellas? Presently in military use abroad, it seems like only a matter of time before these mini-drones hit the ghettos and suburbs of America to quietly keep an eye on the malcontents. If you can imagine it, it’s probably going to be done at some point. Easy as ‘playing an Xbox’; mini drones offer a new way for those in power to keep an eye on you…through your second floor bedroom window. Nice undies!

Pat Robertson Says You May Have Demons In Your Wardrobe

Are you a constant thrift-shopper? Always looking for a bargain? Find yourself often at Anton LaVey’s family yard sales? Well then watch out! There could be demons in them clothes! Now don’t worry, he tenderly quips that “not everything’ has a demon in it. I mean THAT would be ridiculous, right?
It would be entirely funny except for the fact that I as a child hung on every word Pat Robertson said and millions of Americans still do.

This calls for a whole new detergent line, ‘Tide Spirit: Now with blessed Holy Water drops from Jerusalem!

Gabriel D. Roberts is the author of the book, Born Again To Rebirth, available now for free download on iTunes till Easter Sunday.

In The Neurosoup with Krystle Cole

I’ve been a fan of Krystle Cole for a while now. She’s well known for her numerous informational videos about psychedelics. Her website, Neurosoup.com, provides information for a broad spectrum of entheogens, entactogens, and other little helpers to the human pursuit for greater understanding in the bigger picture of life. We spoke about her perspective on psychedelics and life in general.

Roberts: You’re a person who has experienced a broad spectrum of psychedelics. You’re probably one of the most encyclopedic reference points for the breadth of the psychedelic experience. How has your perspective on psychedelics changed since the first time you did it?

Cole: When I started using entheogens, the first I used was MDMA — which is more of an entactogen than an entheogen — but that’s the first time I delved into the psychedelic experience. My level of understanding has really grown since then. It’s not just from the amount of other substances I’ve done that are stronger than MDMA, but also from life in general, and everything I do that doesn’t relate to psychedelics.

Announcing The Release of “Born Again To Rebirth”

Hello Disinfonauts! It is with great pleasure that I tell you my second book, Born Again To Rebirth is available.

Graham Hancock has this to say about it:

“Gabriel D. Roberts is a writer to watch and in Born Again to Rebirth he shows us why. This is a terrific book at many levels. Part searing indictment of the born-again Christian establishment by a former insider, part revelation of a personal journey into and out of hell, part surgical exposé of the hidden roots of the hatred, fear and suspicion that divide our world, part return to the source in the understanding that unconditional love, unconditional forgiveness and a willingness to seek the truth without compromise are the only real signposts on our path to self-redemption. As an added bonus it’s a good read! Roberts uses language beautifully with no wasted words. I raced through Born Again to Rebirth in a sitting and I predict you’ll do the same. ”

Available in all major formats; I hope you will consider purchasing my book here.
Here’s a reading from the chapter, “Exodus”.

The Pope Resigns But The Seat of Evil Remains

The world once again has the opportunity to watch the ceremonious election of a new pontiff.  The seat of power which was first created, based on the Judaic cult, built from the curious and powerful mystery of a one Jesus of Nazareth is soon to be decided upon.

For the first time in 600 years, a standing pope has resigned, citing old age and ailing health.  This may be the case, but why wasn’t the resignation due to blatant  cover-ups on the worldwide sex scandal that continues on to this very day?  Why wasn’t it the appalling and egregious promotion of refusal of birth control and contraception in the third world where child poverty and HIV infection run rampant?  The truth is that the real ‘truth’ on such dirty deeds will not voluntarily come to light; the power is too sweet, the money is too good, the people too pliable.… Read the rest

Psychedelic Sin: The Illusion of Morality in an Amoral Universe

Picture: Boticelli (PD)

In this world, we see varying levels of what we traditionally call good and evil. We have ways to measure them with our religious notions, but if we see the world through a materialists eyes, what is good or evil? Some may say that good and evil are behaviors that are infringements on the survival of the group, or plan in which the participant is a part of; practically saying, evil is an acting out of animalistic nature that hurts the herd and nothing more. This does not work in all cases though, for there are things people do to themselves that are harmful and therefore seen as bad. The religious crowd sees morality as having come from God: a set of guidelines fraught with consequence and reward if obeyed or rejected, but why are certain things deemed sin? There are things that only seem to hurt us, so how can those things fit with the materialist view?… Read the rest

Alan Moore’s New Film, ‘Jimmy’s End’ and the IS-ness of Being Who I AM

I feel like a virgin walking into a cosmological gang-bang. My world view has been destroyed to make way for a new construct.

I had a dream that I inhabited a construction supply warehouse and was picking up materials for my new cosmology. I picked up understanding, gnosis and some new pipes for a free flowing system connected to the logos. I awoke from the metaphor to realize that this dream told me that my worldview, and even who I AM, creates the landscape of my reality. “Blame it on last night’s whiskey,” I said and returned to sleep, but the same idea came again in another way: This time, I was in an art studio that my present self does not yet own. Here I made with paint and canvas my own cosmos. Where previously it was a construct, now it was a work of art.

In Alan Moore’s first film, Jimmy’s End, Jimmy visits an unexpected place in which the big show of creation happens, performed by the great “I AM”.… Read the rest
