In this video Luke Rudkowski finally meets up and interviews Civil Disobedience activist Adam Kokesh since his arrest in 2013. Adam was recently facing 7 years in federal prison for an act of civil disobedience and as of Jan 17th was sentenced to time served and 2 years probation.
The saga continues. Does the corporation of the District of Columbia have the power to create Constitution free zones? What law was violated exactly, when the 2nd amendment is supposed to provide for the inalienable right to keep and bear arms, and why is this non-violent activist continually denied bond? We Are Change provides documentation of the deliberate planting of mushrooms here, leading to the obvious conclusion that Adam Kokesh is yet another political prisoner of our tyrannical government.

On this day, August 13, 2013, former Marine and liberty activist Adam Kokesh went before the DC Superior Court. His court appearance was centered on two bail hearings for both a felony and misdemeanor charge. The felony charges were a result of his now famous Fourth of July video where he allegedly loads a shotgun on Freedom Plaza in the District as well as mushrooms supposedly found on his premises during the now infamous police raid on his home in Herndon last month.
WeAreChange goes to the home of activist and YouTube host Adam Kokesh to find out what happened on the night he was raided and arrested.
Kokesh’s home was raided following a video he released of him loading a shotgun in Washington D.C. as an act of civil disobedience to protest laws that restrict or deny people of the 2nd amendment. Kokesh did not threaten anyone with the shotgun or use it in any violent way. When his home was raided, the police said that they found magic mushrooms in his safe along with his guns which is a felony charge in Virginia. Kokesh and his housemates who were there on the night of the raid claim the drugs were not Kokesh’s and that he is being set up. They claim the house and the safe was completely clean of any illegal substances and that they actually witnessed police bringing in evidence bags that were already full.… Read the rest
While I’m not especially fond of the characterization of Adam Kokesh solely as a “Second Amendment Activist”, RT has all the details on Kokesh’s Tuesday arrest for drug possession while also in the presence of a firearm. The drug? Hallucinogenic mushrooms: That most mysterious of drugs that grows just about everywhere and transforms into an illegal substance the moment you pick it up.

Second Amendment activist Adam Kokesh was arrested Tuesday evening following an armed raid on his home in the Washington, D.C. area.
Police have charged Kokesh, 31, with possession of a Schedule I or Schedule II drug while also in possession of a firearm. According to the Washington Post, charging documents filed in court Wednesday morning said that hallucinogenic mushrooms, a Schedule I narcotic, were found in the raid.
The United States Park Police confirmed that a search warrant was executed on the Herndon, Virginia residence leased by Kokesh late Wednesday, in the wake of a YouTube video posted by the activist on July 4 showing him reportedly loading a shotgun in a DC park only two blocks from the White House.
In this video Adam Kokesh reports back on the “Open Carry” march on DC, describing it as a success.
On the Eighteenth of May 2013 Adam Kokesh was giving a speech at “Smoke Down Prohibition V”, which was an event where marijuana users gather across from Independence Hall in Philadelphia, PA to consume marijuana in an act of civil disobedience. This is the fifth such event and at all of the four prior smoke downs individuals gathered peacefully, consumed large quantities of marijuana, and were not disturbed by the police. This event would be much different, as the police chose to escalate the situation by violently assaulting multiple individuals and even resulting to kidnapping two of the event’s speakers. Adam Kokesh was giving the final speech to the crowd and before you could properly finish a Parks Police and Fish and Wildlife officer grabbed Adam (who had yet to engage in cannabis reflection that day) and took him while with the microphone still in his hand. Adam was taken away to a local Philadelphia jail and then was moved to Federal Detention Center Philadelphia where he would spend right under a week locked in a cage for not committing a crime.… Read the rest
