The Cosmic Trigger Play and Find the Others Conferestival Kicks Off This Weekend

cosmictriggerShould be noted that the crowdfunding campaign was a rousing success, and my favorite book about summoning aliens with your privates is coming to a stage in Liverpool this Sunday, November 23rd (of course) and again in London the following weekend. Not only that but there’s going to be an epic “Conferestival” on Saturday to kick things into the upper echelons of high strangeness. Apparently, some of my collage sigils even made it into the tantric sex sequence of the play, which is magickally appropriate. To say that I’m more than a bit honored by this creative decision would be a massive understatement. If only I was a richer man who could justify spending my money on such a trip, I’d be there in a heartbeat, but alas it is not to be at this point in my life. Apparently they might make it to the states here if it’s successful enough (come to Seattle) but if you happen to live in the UK, make it fucking so.… Read the rest

Help Make the Word Flesh – Bring Cosmic Trigger to The Stage!

CosmicTrigger1If you’ve ever wondered why I keep mentioning Robert Anton Wilson on this site (other than the fact that Disinfo put out his Maybe Logic DVD), it has to do with me accidentally summoning my Holy Guardian Angel back in 2010 and the first telepathic words out of its mind being “We Are the Beings From the Sirius Star System who were communicating with Robert Anton Wilson!” No, really. It’s a long story that I’ve written about before but I don’t think I’ve ever actually talked about publically, which I do in this podcast if you’re curious.

Anyway, after that happened I wrote a book about my experiences with sex magick, then went back and re-read a bunch of Wilson, which is something I hadn’t actually done in years. Most amazingly, in doing so I realized that the book I had written (The Galactic Dialogue: Occult Initiations, out next month) was very much like the Occult sequel to Cosmic Trigger that Wilson never penned.… Read the rest

Robert Anton Wilson Trashes the Unbridled Arrogance of Carl Sagan

NASA (PD)

You know, I’ve never been a Carl Sagan fan. Not that I’ve read a whole lot of his stuff outside of some opinion pieces that have shown up online after his death. I guess the reason I’ve never been a fan is because I’ve frequently run into people arguing against the legitimacy of neo-spiritual/Occult concepts who reference his book The Demon Haunted Universe, which I’ve admittedly never read. You know why I haven’t read it? Because I have no idea why I would read a book about spirituality or altered states of consciousness written by an astronomer. Not really his area of expertise now, is it? What I didn’t know until just recently is that Robert Anton Wilson not only thought he was an arrogant douchebag, but wrote an entire chapter about that very topic in his book Cosmic Trigger III: My Life After Death:

“If anybody possesses all the qualifications necessary for a fully ordained Expert in America today, Carl Sagan certainly has that dizzying eminence.… Read the rest

This Movie Was Filmed in the Fifth Dimension

The title to this was something that was communicated to me while I was ganj-i-tating during the witching hour last Sunday Morning, accompanied by a feeling of supreme recognition. The movie they’re referring to is our lives. Friend me for magick updates on Facebook, this is the sort of odd shit that happens. Are cute pug puppy pictures coming soon? Of course they are.

The other week I decided that so as to stay away from the net a bit like I normally do on the weekends, I’d condense my psychic updates to a weekend edition entitled The Weekend in Sorcery. First weekend was interesting. The second was fucking bananas- (edited it a bit to post here, so keep that in mind, but otherwise, read on true believers):

Weekend of January 8-10, 2013 (year of the witch):

This is a rich. Went to the OM show on Friday, which was super packed.… Read the rest
