Daniel Ellsberg speaks at the press conference after the hearing for the second circuit court of appeals in the NDAA lawsuit, Hedges v Obama. He speaks about what is happening in the lawsuit, the erosion of the Bill of Rights and Bradley Manning.

WeAreChange recently got the opportunity to meet and interview Joe Lozito, the selfless hero who put his life on the line to stop a serial killer. The story is only magnified when Joe finds out, that while being stabbed by the serial killer, the NYPD was standing by watching everything unfold from the safety of the conductors door. Currently in a legal suit, the NYPD and City of NY is arguing that the NYPD has NO duty to protect its own citizens.

If you want to learn more about Joe and be updated about his court case follow him on Twitter.

You can read about the entire criminal case here.

On January 21, 2013 WeAreChange went to Washington DC for Barack Obama’s second Presidential Inauguration. While we were there we hosted a quiz show where we offered $100 to anyone who could correctly answer 3 out of 5 questions about the man they were there supporting. This was an opportunity for us to possibly educate some people on things his administration has done that they were most likely unaware of. Unfortunately, most people were more concerned about the money than some of the things they learned about their President.

We had an incredible year and after everything that we experienced the bad the ugly the good and beautiful. One thing I learned is that with love, hard work and a positive attitude we can achieve anything.

Luke Rudkowski got a chance to speak with Andy Bichlbaum, 1/2 of the Yes Men, at a press conference for hacktivist Jeremy Hammond. Andy is an artist, activist, film maker, and the co-creator of the infamous Yes Men. The December 2011 hack of Stratfor revaeled that Andy was being followed and surveilled by Stratfor at the request of Dow Chemical for his work with the Yes Men to support the victims of the 1984 Bhopal gas disaster.

Luke Rudkowski got a chance to meet and interview well known hacker, Andrew Auernheimer, also known by his pseudonym, Weev. Weev was recently convicted for two felonies and currently is free on bail until sentencing, The court convicted him in one count of identity fraud and one count of conspiracy to access a computer without authorization. In this interview Weez explains what lead to these charges and how he is dealing with the situation.

At a gala for the NY Economics Club, Luke Rudkowski questioned Paul Volcker on his Bilderberg attendance and the Federal Reserve. In a previous video, Volcker acknowledged being a member of Bilderberg and the Trilateral Commission but stated that the Federal Reserve was “the most insidious” organization he’s been a member of. This time Luke had the opportunity to have a longer conversation with Volcker since he was lost at the event and couldn’t find where he was supposed to be, so we had the interview as we helped him navigate around the hotel. As it turns out, the place we were helping Volcker find ended up being the room that Ben Bernanke was in waiting to have his picture taken, which is where Luke confronted him. Although Volcker was most likely not too pleased to have been confronted with the questions Luke asked him, he at least talked to us and didn’t immediately call security as Bernanke did.

Luke Rudkowski got yet another chance to question the current chairman of the Federal Reserve, Ben Bernanke. The last time the two met, Bernanke was not in a talkative mode and since Luke only had one chance to ask one question he decided it had to be an important one. Luke asked Bernanke about the 2007 – 2010 secret trillion dollar Federal Reserve bailouts, that only recently came to light from a partial audit of the Federal Reserve. Barnanke was not happy with the question but since no one in the main stream media ever questioned Bernanke on the biggest bailout in world history, Luke had to seize the chance. During the in-prompt to interview Bernanke actually grabbed Luke’s microphone and tried to snatch it away from him but sadly the video did not capture his hands on the microphone.

Ok, so we highly recommend that you do not actually do what you’ve seen in this video. It’s best to be calm, cool, collected and talk in a normal tone when addressing police officers. This footage was shot a couple of years ago, when Luke Rudkowski had a very bad day and was still maturing as a journalist. WeAreChange strongly believes in the right to film in public, but many times police officers incorrectly view this as a crime and use intimidation to stop the legal right to film. This time the opposite scenario played out, which we wanted to share with you.

Luke Rudkowski gets another chance to talk to former Governor of NY George Pataki about his participation with the secretive and elusive bilderberg group. The previous conversation didn’t go as well, with Pataki at first denying he ever attended the meeting. A lot of the questions raised by Luke were diverted by Pataki, but he still did reveal that the most powerful people in the world of politics, technology, agriculture, media, fiance and business come together in secret to discuss what “will be happening”. This leaves them with an advantage since most of the attendees are in control of the issues discussed and their future.

***ATTENTION: This video is NOT in support of Mitt Romney, in any way, nor is this organization.***

Luke Rudkowski hits the streets of NYC to find out where Obama supporters really stand on his policies. Now he did this in an underhanded way where the policies where presented to be Romney’s, but this was only done to get an honest opinion. The reactions when the truth was uncovered varied but they were very telling to say the least.
