Vigilant Citizen combs popular culture for hidden esoteric meaning:
The rescue of the 33 unfortunate Chilean miners has definitely turned into an international media event. All aspects of the rescue have been carefully staged to make the entire thing a spectacular show inspiring emotions, admiration and national pride. For those knowledgeable of Masonic and occult symbolism, it is hard not to ponder on the numerological and symbolic facts of the event.
To the initiated, the deep significance of 33 miners being rescued in 33 days could not be more obvious. Can you guess how many characters were used in the first note sent by the miners?
Panopticon — Podcast Episode 13 — The Manson Family Mythos with Adam Gorightly
On this episode, we speak with author, podcaster, and musician Adam Gorightly about his book The Shadow Over Santa Susana: Black Magic, Mind Control, and the Manson Family Mythos, one of my favorites. We talk about many different facets of that fascinating American cultural phenomenon, the Manson Family, and its possible connection to intelligence agencies, various other cults, and American culture at large. It was a ton of fun to speak with Adam, and we really thank him for taking the time to come on the show with us. Enjoy!

The Infinite and the Beyond — Podcast: Episode #016 — A Crisis of Faith
In the latest episode of The Infinite and the Beyond, we talk with fellow podcaster and author Jeva Singh-Anand about his new book Bedtime Stories for the Faint of Heart. Jeva is the host of the Lance and Graal podcast and Professor Zarnoff’s Channel on YouTube. We also discuss his background as a former Christian Fundamentalist and what happened to cause him to move away from his life as a fundamentalist.
I go back to Lodge after a year of staying away from it and I share my experiences with that return. We learn about 16th century heresy in this episode’s edition of A Corner in the Occult as we learn about Father Giordano Bruno. I read a single listener message to a nostalgic pagan podcaster music track. I also announce a contest for this episode.
We start The Essence of Magick Series by looking into “Belief and Magick.” How much does belief really play into the practice and effect of magick and how does one apply the will to their magick and how do such acts differ from mundane acts which may be of a similar content and nature.
We hear a great music track from Tenpenny Joke an Alternative Australian band who may not be a pagan band, but who absolutely rocks none-the-less and we are glad to have them in this episode! And to close we look into crises of faith, what they are, and why they’re actually beneficial for one’s spiritual growth and a positive sign of one’s dedication to their path.

This is my favorite episode we’ve done so far. We have three amazing interviews.
The first is an interview with Jonathan Talat Phillips interviewing Gary Lachman the rockstar (guitarist for Blondie) turned occult author. The focus of this interview is to discuss Gary’s new book Jung the Mystic.
The next interview is a conversation between me and Baza Novic, one of the regional coordinators from Evolver LA. We talked about his involvement with Evolver and how it has been driven by his esoteric practice. The Interview is opened with a meditation from Baza.
Last we have an interview with Raymond Wiley, that was conducted by Jennifer Palmer. This was a real treat for me.
A couple years ago when I first got into the counter culture and the occult my sort of crash course was Raymond’s podcast Out There Radio, which I was introduced to from the first Disinformation podcast that he did, and it’s been a crazy ride every since. It was awesome to be able to do a podcast with Raymond. This interview is a fantastic conversation between Jennifer and Raymond about the “occult” in a very broad way. Raymond also discusses the importance he feels there is in us recognizing the rich history of the Western Esoteric practice. If you would like to listen to more of Raymond like I mentioned he has a 50 episode series called Out There Radio and he is also doing the Disinformation podcasts. Check them out!

Good to see one-time disinfo-collaborator Brian Butler being recognized as an occult expert. He was recently profiled by Charles Russell (of The Hills fame) in the Huffington Post:
Brian Butler speaks with the soft ease and quiet smirk of someone who either knows something you don’t or simply doesn’t care. There’s some unseen force that compels him to create some of the most haunting installations employing film and music with the likes of Kenneth Anger and Vincent Gallo. He is more unflinchingly dedicated to the validity of his craft than the most rabid of people.
42 second trailer for Night of Pan directed by Brian Butler. Features Vincent Gallo and Kenneth Anger.

Taken from the 1985 documentary “The Occult Experience,” this interview with Alex Sanders is fantastic—a real gut-buster. An attentive viewer should come away with an appreciation for flame-retardant loincloths and a demented curiosity about Sanders’ “second degree, which involved a third.” Warlocks beware the blue-haired Id.

The Infinite and the Beyond — Podcast: Episode #012 — The Goddess and the Grail
In the latest episode of The Infinite and the Beyond, we bring South Jersey Pagan Pride Day into the studio as we look into bloodlines, genetics, grail lore, the divine feminine, and what we can learn from it with Foundation Capstone teacher Ken Neuhauser. In many stories, seeking the grail implied a great quest across the landscape to far and distant lands; a seeming impossible goal of immense proportions. In the modern day we learn this is often not the case and is more often an aspect of mythology which has its own lessons to reveal to the seeker of the ancient mysteries.
In A Corner in the Occult we learn all about medium and psychic Madame Helena Petrovna Blavatsky and her organization the Theosophical Society. To this day the influence and legacy of Madame Blavatsky continues to affect the occult, esoteric, and new age communities. Her books, teachings, and experiences still strike at the hearts and lives of many devoted followers over a hundred years later.
Along with all this, I’m finally able to play a song that I’ve been waiting to play since the beginning of this podcast and I play more music by South Jersey singer songwriter Stacey Fitzpatrick whom we met in back in Episode #011 — Coincidence and Synchronicity. Later in the show we find out which two lucky listeners won the first two copies of Stacey’s album Forever More. All this and more in this informative and fun episode!

Disinformation World News first “uncovered” this Illuminati plot back in August of last year. Here’s more analysis from Max Fisher of Vigilant Citizen’s The Hidden Meaning of Lady Gaga’s “Telephone” on the Atlantic Wire. Check out the video below and make up your own mind…
ALLEGATION: Lady Gaga is a pawn of the Illuminati and a peddler of the occult. Her music video “Telephone” is a brazen attempt at recruiting teenagers into mind control programs.
LADY GAGA IS: “A mind-controlled drone who kills people”
“TELEPHONE” VIDEO IS ABOUT: “Ritual murder of average Americans in a diner by mind-controlled slaves” and “mind control, a covert practice used by the military, the CIA, religious cults and the Illuminati elite. It is used to program human beings to become mental slaves and to execute specific tasks.”
LYRICAL EVIDENCE: “By ‘kinda busy’, Gaga means she has dissociated from reality. Real life is calling her brain but she ‘has no service’, she’s not there. Gaga is not thinking or talking for herself anymore, her head and her heart have been dissociated from her core personality due to [Illuminati/CIA] Monarch programming.”
This premier episode of the Tone Color Alchemy podcast features author and historian Adam Gorightly, discussing his new book The Shadow over Santa Susana: Black Magic, Mind Control & the Manson Family Mythos.
The conversation centers around Manson’s musical career and the many songwriters who he was in touch with during his life, prior to the Tate-LaBianca murders. Tune in for a discussion of Charlie’s ties to the Church of Satan, the Beach Boys, Grateful Dead, The Beatles, Kenneth Anger, Jimmy Page, and Scientology, along with Manson’s musical techniques, 9/11 synchronicities involved in the recordings of his music, and plenty more. Gorightly has an encyclopedic knowledge of this topic and as always, he brings a warm, fun presence to the mix. Enjoy!
