Danny Panzella of Peaceful Streets Project Arrested for Handing Out Flyers at Penn Station

Super-activist Danny Panzella of TruthSquad.tv was arrested earlier this morning inside Pennsylvania Station in New York City for criminally dispensing information to passers-by who voluntarily accepted his fliers. Danny was informing the blissfully ignorant public of the latest “drill” by NYPD conditioning the sheeple to act obedient during a subway crisis. During today’s “drill,” the city’s blue light gang released a potentially hazardous gas into the subway, contaminating the airways of innocent passengers.

Which action is criminal? Dispensing toxic gas into the lungs of the unconsenting, or dispensing pamphlets informing them about it?

Adam Kokesh Released

May 24, 2013 Political activist Adam Kokesh was released from jail this afternoon. Kokesh was arrested last Saturday for exercising his First Amendment right at a protest. He called for a “new American revolution” to begin on July 4 with a march on all 50 state capitols. The release was announced on his Facebook page with the following message and photograph: Released 130524 with felony charges reduced to citations which I refused to sign. Played hardball. Won. Talk to you Monday.

Breaking: Ricin Letters Suspect Paul Kevin Curtis Released from Custody

curtisAfter a sweep of Paul Kevin Curtis’ property and computer turned up absolutely zero evidence connecting him to a string of ricin-laced letters sent to President Obama and others, the feds have been forced to release him from jail.

UPDATE: Curtis has been released on bond. Police are now searching the home of Everett Dutschke. Curtis’ attorney had suggested that Dutschke, an enemy of Curtis’, may have framed his client.

A federal official says the man charged with sending poison letters to President Barack Obama, a U.S. senator and a Mississippi judge has been released from jail.

Jeff Woodfin, chief deputy with the U.S. Marshals Service in Oxford, Miss., says Paul Kevin Curtis has been released from custody.

Woodfin says he doesn’t know if there were any conditions on the release.

The development comes hours after officials canceled a detention and preliminary hearing on Tuesday.

Christi McCoy, defense attorney for Curtis says that federal authorities and defense attorneys will speak to reporters at 5 p.m.
