The Lone Wolf Terrorist

91aDKdJ-UHL._SL1500_We all know about Isis and Al Qaeda. They are terrorist groups. Both are made up of people that form a political movement that use terror and violence to achieve their goals. This is what keeps many Americans up at night, and is what makes some fear being beheaded when they go to their local grocery store. But what about the Lone Wolf?

Lone Wolf terrorists are becoming more and more prevalent. Tamerlan Tsarnaev and  his teen heartthrob brother Dzhokhar detonated two pressure cooker bombs near the Boston Marathon finish line, killing three people and injuring more than 260 others. Fort Hood U.S. Army Maj. and total nutjob Nidal Malik Hasan murdered 13 people and injured more than 30 others  because of his extremist beliefs. Neither Hasan nor the Tsarnaev brothers were connected to known terrorist groups. In fact, the brothers learned how to build their bombs from a website.

Unabomber’s Disturbing Personal Items Up For Sale

Beginning tomorrow, the U.S. Marshals will auction off “Unabomber” Ted Kaczynski’s personal effects. Among the items are his vintage Corona typewriter, his manifesto, handwritten codes, his book collection, and chic pieces of his personal style, including the his famed hoodie, aviator sunglasses, and running shoes. All in all, there’s an American Apparel aesthetic to the clothing and accessories which seems ahead of its time.

The Unabomber’s Montana Land For Sale In A ‘Very Secluded’ Area…

LINCOLN, Mont.— A 1.4-acre parcel of land in western Montana that was once owned by Unabomber Ted Kaczynski is on the market for $69,500. The listing — by John Pistelak Realty of Lincoln — offers potential buyers a chance to own a piece of "infamous U.S. history." "This is a one of a kind property and is obviously very secluded," the listing says. It doesn't say who owns the property. The forested land, which had been listed at $154,500, does not have electricity or running water. Photos posted with the online listing show tall trees, chain-link fences topped by barbed wire and a tree with "FBI" carved into it, though it's not clear why. Pistelak said Friday he couldn't immediately comment on the listing, and he didn't return phone messages on Sunday.
